Think this is one of my new favourite Conspiracy demos. Great visuals, concept and audio - fantastic and epic on the big screen!

Very cool albeit a bit boring on some scenes (mercury) but. Rocks.
This one deserves to be played in 4k resolution on the biggest screen in a cinema.
that's how you tip your hat to other groups that you admire people. truly stellar work, i love it through and through, maybe could be a bit more dynamic with movement, but other than that its an instant favourite for me, oh also, the music sounds excellent!
just to note: i had to download d3dcompiler_47.dll to make this work, otherwise it just spat out an error, but that's probably just my system so sm :)

looks like the 64k only runs on Windows 8.1, because d3dcompiler_47.dll is part of the Windows 8.1 SDK!?

We ran into some compiler bugs with the latest shader compiler that shipped with win7 so I decided to upgrade the engine to a newer one. If you download the dll separately for win7 the intro will run just fine. If we find another solution to the issue I'll update the zip.

Conspiracy really is very conscious about their rendering engine, tools, skills, and senses of aesthetics, and even more importantly about how those factors intertwine. This is exactly how this intro should look, sound and feel, it's prefectly balanced, which I think along with the superficial components is one of the most impressive feats in this intro. Sure it maybe could be "better" with more content and so on, but there doesn't need to be, because they left a sufficient amount of legroom to polish the existing content instead of adding one more scene, which I immensely appreciate.

This was just amazing. I love how you combined the greetings and story. Design and direction vise this was perfectly executed and just a pleasure to watch. I just love the style, I found the demo to be very pleasant to look at. Don't know what else to say: It just blew me away!

Fantastic of course, with tons of content, great music and a very coherent design. I especially liked the typography. That said it's a bit static and the lighting is quite plain - BoyC, maybe something a bit more elaborate next time? :)

Great intro, but it somehow bugs on my laptop, though only on the nvidia card (as usual) - it seems like you are using some circular buffer for something and it skips...

Code and visuals seem to be stellar (except crappy "cloudy" noise in Cocoon part), BUT I cannot choke on the concept - you basically make your circle of self-admiration stronger praising each other beyond belief. So, that's it? I would rather want to see something more creative and universal instead. No offence! Otherwise, really good job, deserves a thumb.

Instant goosebumps. Zoom's wizardry is already incredible. But after seeing the insane amount of work that went into the tool, my respect and admiration reached a new level. Mixing the this amount of design and tech with a stellar soundtrack makes it the perfect crowdpleaser.

This was the only prod in the compo that had this really finished feel. Sound, direction, visuals, concept. Everything spot on, matching very high expectations. Little story : As i scrolled through the comments and read that somebody ran this on mediocre hardware, i tried it myself (Quad Q9300, Nvidia GeForce 9800 GTX+). To not experience a total slightshow, i went "no vsync" and "1280x800". After quite some decrunching time it started. A little slow, but all well. Then i noticed something strange about the colors ... and it hit my mind, that i left the stereoscopic function of my GPU on (system settings). Oh well, so i took my Cyan/Magenta Glasses and you know what ...
... you can totally watch this in 3D out of the box!! Best effect is on the final scene.

This is an aesthetically very pleasing intro. I love the composition and colors used for the scenes. It's all very tastefully done. Gargaj also did a nice job with the music. Thumbs up.
I can't help but wish there was something more going on though. Some small subtle effects on some elements of the scenes would have been nice. It is all so static.

Tron: Legacy of the Demoscene.
To anyone getting a black screen with music: I found and fixed the issue for future releases (it was basically a typo, in one place we were using an older version of the shader compiler), you can work around it for now by installing the old directx redistributable. We _might_ do a final version with the fix if I gather enough willpower to go through all the antivirus whitelisting crap again.
The scenes are basically very visually pleasing and well designed "photos", and the music is tight and well made, though not engaging, it fits.
Demoish style is there and greetings as scenes is well conceived.
I wouldn't mind showing this to non-sceners as what can be done within a 64K limit.
Maybe I was looking for some cool scene or effect and was let down. Still, the quality deserves a thumb - perhaps that, too, were in the project specifications.

i really love the strong visual design in this.. somehow it takes a lot of confidence to have sloooooow pans like that, but they really create a strong atmosphere.

Very solid production, but a bit too "static flyby" to really tick all boxes for me. Enjoyable, but was missing a jawdrop somewhere.

Don't know why this isn't thumbed already. One of my favourite demos ever. Epic cinematic feel from the music and visuals. Visuals are like beautiful air-brushed sci-fi posters from the 80's. Music has a Daft Punk Tron soundtrack vibe, and the voice sample in 64k? All the best feelings and nostalgia from sci-fi movies and themes in demo form.

I would give it a thumb up. Unfortunately, you didn't used OpenGL, which made it to fail under Windows XP, despite meeting all the hardware requirements. :(

so the formula is to make about 10 different scenes with good sync.. and that influence we can see for instance in Logicoma's intros.. (Almost Infinite.. the first scene has the same design aproach for letters ;))) but with own taste that makes me a big fan of Logicoma too)

10. omg!!!! reminds me first scene from Frameranger by fairlight&orange&cncd, but also I had the asme ideas to create something like that with asteroid field, very good
so the formula is to make about 10 different scenes with good sync.. and that influence we can see for instance in Logicoma's intros.. (Almost Infinite.. the first scene has the same design aproach for letters ;))) but with own taste that makes me a big fan of Logicoma too)
