the scene with the fat bumblebee <3
Fucking awesome.
pure awesomeness!! while watching demos like this, you wish that they never end.
Not my prefer one of the whole pack, but deserve its place.
Willi!
the fairy :)
Wow!
Epic comadance, rest is absolutely genious as well. Loved the flip screens.
Enjoy <3

...pure awesomeness!
I love the graphics and the motion capture(?) part, but I doubt the greetings needed what seemed like 15 minutes.
Very impressive looking code there. The quality of graphics varied, but that group logo must be one of the best I've ever seen on the 64. All in all great, of course.
Loss at words, particles, packed with tons of artwork, spoken greetings, great animated skeleton dance scene.. holy hell, this one rocked so much, deserved winner!
Great effects, good tunes, some nicely done graphics. Enjoyable flow as always.

Inspiring show packed with goodness. :) So many neat and funny parts. Hardsync+samples tune <3
I like fat ass beeches and I cannot lie :D

Great show!
Finally a demo with nice transitions on the Atari ST :)
While the manic codework prize might need to be handed to Booze this time around, this is a more complete package out of the two. Still very intermittent as seems to by Oxyron's style, but still managing to keep up the flow, slightly better than Comalight 13 even. If the style of multipart megademos on this platform needs to continue, this is the way it ought to be done. Few of the effects/screens were to damn good they literally look like they were pre-rendered in after effects and post processed to look like C64.
Really deserves the first place!
really fiting graphics !
Not a fan of the end part, but the rest rocks.
Great!
this demo has many solid parts, but some of them seem to be lacking polish, i did enjoy it all the way to the greets )
c64 demomakers still pushing the limits, that's great, that's beautiful! <3
Holy shit, what a Demo (with capital D!). Awesome graphics (that picture after the credits part = jaw dropped), excellent effects and great music. And nice humor too, the "Comadance" part really made me laugh, sooo great! :)
watched it again. damn. such nice/great c64 demos always look like they were made with extra much love.
Didn't run on vice but did run on ccs64. I am waiting for a good capture of this. Or maybe buying a new C64 :)
It has some epic moments. More newschool 3d, great wireframe, great rescue on fractalus reference, great texture cube and way more. I love the dancing stickman on rotating plane. It's so simple yet so effective. The final digital sound/greets don't sound well on ccs64, so I really wish for a proper youtube capture. Oh and the graphics where lovely!
Fuck, this is awesome!

Optimus: Which Vice version did you use? It works fine on latest Vice (2.4)!
Ok, I have 2.2. Will try latest.
Well this is cool.
What Gargaj said,- and much love for the 2D grafics.
Well done... a joy to watch!
This one makes a lot of amiga demos look pale :)
Great show, a lot of WTFs while watching it. My favourite part is that swan lake + cube, the music fits for me perfectly. Ofcourse the flying bee part is remarkable too, not mentioning that texturemapped cube. Damn fine work in every department!

The Demoscene is still amazing me in 2014!
Have a large vodka, or coffee, and a cookie for all that awesomeness.
Full video capture needed!

Holy shit, they nailed it again. Many amazing parts.
Excellent demo with unbelievable effects and a very nice speech part on the last disk (unfortunately for SID 6581 users only). We will show and comment this demo in our next RetroVision show on saturday (Nov. 1st, 2014). :-)
Amazing!
Paralax, verify things before write ;) Samples from the endpart are audible both on 6581 and 8580 as they aren't produced with $d418 volume register changes.
What? No Plasma? ;-)
This demo is so good i have no idea what else to say. Unbelievable quality/ideas/design!

EPIC! COMADANCE! SUPER INSPIRING! Everything was great surprise.. THANK YOU thank you THANK U !

GREAT demo for a GREAT platform
The demo shows us a lot of time spent in R&D, coding and arranging things. That's the virtue that present on C64 scene and absent on today's ZX Spectrum. Maybe we need our X instead of 10 fastmade parties a year? Or maybe we should ban conversions?
should have kept the pace till the end. the start was great.
I uhhh...
I mean erm...
This ehhh...
Thumb!

greetings part was a little long and over the top taking a whole disk but hey - great scenes, great music and foremost great pixels!
Thank you OXY+CEN!
Thank you OXY+CEN!
awesome c64 demo
Excellent demo!
Wow. Some impressive parts in here!
Greetings part was longer than a year of famine, but in every other aspect, really impressive demo. The disk flip screens were genius.
WHAT A BLAST

Times like this that i'm thankful my folks made the correct choice on an 8-Bit computer generations ago.
huge ammounts of work
Some fantastic gfx (dat logo...), some great parts in tunes, some great scenes... Nowadays top C64 demos are just the best, maybe ever!
Great!!!
Nice!
Truly awesome prod!!!
Marvellous gfx and tunes, i really liked how you've done the vanishing letters at the beginning and the dancer.
Is this Monty the mole at the bee part?

Is this Monty the mole at the bee part?
Dunno if it's Monty but the mole was featured in Coma Light 13 for sure ;)
Some amazing code and art in here, but I thought the design wandered a little bit & just wasn't quite as tight as it could have been. It plays like a DJ battle, I was watching through thinking 'that's an Oxy effect, that's a Censor effect, now Oxy again, etc...'
And the greets ran way long, but is that a 4-channel MOD playing? Awesome stuff.
Don't get me wrong though, loved the demo anyway. A couple times i literally shouted 'what?!' at my screen as an effect came on. Nice job guys.

Awesome demo but lacks design, in my opinion. It shows enormous skills and amazing effects and funny use of graphics vs sprites. Yet, I would like a smaller and more comprehensive demo better. Anyhow it's absolutely a thumb up.
What other already wrote: Some great art and code, but it feels disjointed somewhat, a bit like if you asked 20 different people in different places to make a single demo part for a demo that has for theme "nature and bees" :)
and yes... long greetings are long.
and yes... long greetings are long.
What Dbug just said.
that logo-scroller!
Genius!!
Loving the 3d on c64 :D
Loving the 3d on c64 :D
Zeus what a ride! This for me is #1.
One of the best C64 demos ever (IMHO)
Great, just friggin' great.
pure wizardry!
a bit less polished than the booze one, but at least equally good in the effect department! The only thing I didn't like is how the last part (greetings) breaks the rythm
rulez!
People who say that "Comaland" is not well designed mean to say that they cannot see a single unifying theme to hold this hugely impressive collection of effects together. However, I disagree. There is a single unifying theme here and it is called "excess". This demo is too much of everything. Too much graphics, too much attention to detail, too much obsessive polish. This is a demo-making equivalent of Dubai. And while it is easy to come up with criticisms for various aspects of this demo, the truth of the matter is, this is a massive shit-load of hard work and one just cannot help but gets carried away by the thrills offered here, even if these are thrills of a Disneyland roller-coaster.
Roxxx hard, heavy FX hidden in delicious graphs, marvelous transitions and fitting musix
Epic!
Gorgeous japanese garden scene, heavy tech too, brilliant!
damn
The artwork is out of the world in this.
Holy dude.... *wank*
Great from start to finish, plain wow.
OMG! OMG! OMG! I can't find any words for this, for the music, the artwork - everything!
Huge ! \o/
Congratulations on winning the compo!
The artwork is mindblowing.
Excellent!
Some very very good parts! Amazing demo.
WONDAIRFOULE!
Very nice
It's a good demo, but with too many things hacked together rather than a consistent theme. So, piggie.
.
Excellent Demo! Worthy Winner!
I really like how you put some elements from ComaLight13 in there, like the bee and the boat! :)
Graphics are a bit mixed, from good to excellent.
Musics always fitted but also made the impression of single screens again. You should only use one soundtrack for the entire demo...which can vary in style ofcoz...Andromeda Software Development showed how this can work (on PC tho). That wouldnt break the demo that much, the flow would keep up!
The Code is ace once again...especially liked the dancer, the mountain/bee-flights and all those superb transitions!
Will still be watching this when i am stone-old!
"Maya, wo bist du?" -> Mein erstes Handle auf dem Amiga war mal für ein paar Wochen "Willi", wegen dem, fand ich witzig! ;) Bevor ich MayDay und später cOcOOn hiess! ;)

Wunderbahr.
this is of course so insane, commenting on it is pointless
Too strong.
Some truly awesome scenes and tunes in this one even thought they feel a disjointed
Not bad, but too long. :/
Great!
Wonderful artwork, great demo.
The graphics were really juicy! and great effects of course! The bee flight was really trippy.
great demo with shitloads of code and great graphics. although i have to say this demo lacks in good flow.
sweeeet <3
for the pixel art and dancing wireframe mocap scene.
Very long and nice demo. Very good job. Well done!
That's simply stunning. Finest art. Thanks for sharing.
Sick! Uninspired name for a demo, but still sick!
Comaland = HutAb
quite nice
Really nice! A solid production with some really quality gfx and effects!
I both love and respect all you talented groups constantly breaking boundaries and giving us such treats in the forms of demo. Respect for another masterpiece.
Masterpiece
amazing demo and effects, just expected to see an explosion or such, from the cauldron after the credits ended ;)
ubergood
Wonderful ! /me shivers :)
Wow! Amazing!
Superb stuff. I especially like the Censor/Oxyron pic posted above, stunning! And lots of awesome, mind-blowing and original effects too. Fantastic!
I agree with Gargaj about the greetings part though, way too long, something that really plagues the C64 scene. And this time you can't reflexively excuse this with "loading/precalcing in the background"...

Very good!
Quite outstanding. =)
I don`t know all C64 demos, but I have not seen something as great as the dancing scene yet. <3

The serious stuff :P Like said above, artwork in this is crazy, the beauty of the graphics, the scenes are all technical wonders, aesthetics and greatness. So many great words I could add.
I like greetings part. Wait, wait, picture shows water boiling on 4 old C= 64 power supplies, shown in thermographic view, am I right?
How about rest? I can say only few words: When Censor met Oxyron! Or vice versa :)
very nice C64 demo
Magnificent in every aspect!
really fucking outstandingly awesome.
Still so damn awesome :D
Note to self: partyvote != pouet thumb
diz is absolutely the best fucking demo I've ever seen, pure hardcore coder porn!
Forgot to thumb this up
Great demo! Fantastic design and slick transitions. I am unbelievably impressed by the groupslogo in the beginning of the demo. I like everything about this production, from gfx and design to effects and music. Only the greetspart is boring as hell. Way too long. Apart from that: f*cking A!
Why is Bob from Sweden & Bob from Censor Design never at the same party? Coincidence? I don't think so ...
I suspect it's because they don't want to set a new Bob record ... (hides)
