Been a while since I've been genuinely impressed by a 4k - not necessarily technically (even though is of course competent), but artistically this is brutally on point. The direction / cinematography / pacing / music / everything is polished to excellence.

Fucking ｎｉｃｅ. Like gargaj said, the camerawork and editing is on fucking point, and the lighting is fantastic too. Extra kudos also for motion blur. My only problem I guess is that it tries to look too much like "real world", but the geometry is a bit too primitive, thus diminishing the illusion. The sound also works very well direction and editing-wise, despite being somewhat primitive sounding.

Oh, WOW! That was an awesome experience. Fantastic work with the music and of course the direction/story. I really can't say I've seen a 4k with this great pace and story before. I have no clue about technical quality, but the music and changes and especially the camera-movements are simply perfect! Extremely well done, and well deserved 1st place!

Good work! It was really cool to see the structure rise from the (very well rendered (super hot dunes, see)) desert.

1-That was fucking epic. Easily in the top 5 4KB of all time.

Love this so much!. I really love the previous 4k intros from 0x4015 but this latest one just confirms for me he is one of the best producers of modern windows 4k prods. Also the percussion sounds from this 4k synth are amazing and that backwards sound at the end!

This is fantastic. Maybe not mind blowing on the technical side, certainly good though. But what really shines here is obviously the story and the build up. I don't think I've seen a 4k with a story this well put together before.
Also, seeing the evolution of your work, it looks like you are not even close to reaching your full potential yet. I'm really looking forward to watching your future prods.

When watching the party stream I thought this was a full-size demo. Maybe the size was shown on the info page but I didn't see it. But I was like, wow, this is something that even a gamer might appreciate. Then I came to Pouet and... 4k?? wtf
Great music and synth by the way. Is the compute shader all the music takes? How much x86 machine code and data is there for music? I'm thinking, if you can squeeze music like this, with the synth and everything in well under 1kB, then 4klang might become obsolete quite rapidly.

Absolutely outstanding! I usually get bored by 4Ks quickly, but this one is just awesome. Hides some raymarchiness very well with fantastic direction.

Wellll.. back when I coded 'gateways', I first saw it at full framerate in the compo, because my PC was too slow for it.. =) so seeing stuff at full framerate isn't precisely a requirement for developing it.
Great direction and good colours, i don't like the music that much, although some sounds are nice. My fave will still remain cdak for the whole package (and IN4K for plain music) :)

I think the FM sounding music is nice, with rich timbres, not cheap and hollow like 4klang tunes often are. I also like the rhythmic patterns that feel a bit polyrhythmic at times. The over steep swing in some things is awkward though.
