- Awesome music, sequencing, direction, and modelling but... did no-one use a mouse in 2004? =P

- 4k Windows Pilgrim by Lucid
- Nothing really happens, and the transparency bug annoys me. I think the plasma-like effect is okay, but that's about it.

- Technically good, and must have had a great deal of thought put into it (I assume the yellowish light on the underside of the rail next to the figure is intended to be a diffuse reflection of the figure's skin). However, I think more time should have been spent on tweaking it before release.

- demo Windows Alabama Riot by Fairlight [web]
- Depth buffer doesn't seem to be working on Win7 (hidden surfaces showing through), but this looked cool and the music was nice. I liked the C64 cracktro style of the settings dialog. Nice idea.

- demo Windows 12.12.12 by Paulius
- Really cool. I think the music fit very well, and the underwater feeling was great. I also really liked the way the command prompt dropped down at the beginning!

- demo Atari XL/XE numen by Taquart
- Amazing 3D engine, which seems to have been used to its full extent here - the camera paths and the scenery are very cleverly done and it is by no means a simple fly-through. The sprites are especially cool. Nice music too.

- I have always loved the atmosphere and style of this one. Nice gimmick with the DOS window too.
