well this is all my style (well if you remove the cubes) so I loved this one. Nicely lit too. Also your kaleidoscope looks familiar :-). Great job for party coding - thats impressive.

I honestly thought this was the best demo at BP. Not that the rest sucked per se, but this is just very very good.
well not a perfectly polished product, but those math influenced effects looked refreshing in the compo. great sound too.
too long and repetitive. didn't do it for me. still ok.

Great choreography and cool effects. The mirror effect was overdone, though and distracting. The film video filter was just bad. Nearly excellent, though.

the music was in a completely different league than the visuals - i remember the blinky part me and Vincenzo go "ooooh!" and the first 3d object just killed that completely for both of us.

The polys-in-quadrants with background changes didn't really hypnotize and was shown too many times, but the start and the fullscreen kaleidos near the end were really good.
I guess you need to "destroy" the poly renders in some more effective way to "sell them" the way the other groups do. :)
I recognize the knots from some downloadable generator I fiddled with years ago, but perhaps you were the authors of that too? Nice to see them in a demo, anyway.

@Photon: the knots come from some number theory described here. I certainly didn't write a public generator, and I somewhat doubt that you met the exact same thing in an interactive form, though not impossible of course.

Very odd yet VERY awesome too. Works a treat on Mavericks - I liked how it asked me for sound output choice. As some demos have strangely defaulted to Airplay for some insane reason. So thanks for that option!

funny thing, some of those demos which you refer to were coded by the same myself, and use basically the same code :)

It is built up very nicely, from the simple scenes to the more complex ones, and the visuals reflect the changes in the music perfectly. The weird title, the overall design and epic music ensure that we will never forget this awesome demo.

Even that I thumb this up on a general principle, it could still be way better. For example: the end part is cheap (both musically and visually, just repeating things faster).
Wow, I'm ashamed I didn't check out AMMB demos sooner. In retrospect, I wish I included one or two AMMB demos on MindCandy 3 instead of more mainstream groups. A different kind of beauty.

Mainly a soundtrack vote. The visuals aren't bad per se (one could make a decent 64k out of them at the time), and are occasionally clever, but the rift in quality and sophistication between the two is obvious and exaggerates the shortcomings of the latter.
