- demo Windows k-wak by K-rad Productions & The Dennis Courtney 5
- Hmm, did all the september comments get hosed?
Final version (again), supporting Radeon 8500+ and higher res up to 1280x960: http://www.scene.org/file.php?file=/parties/2003/pilgrimage03/demo/krad-dc5-kwak-final.zip (and the soundtrack is more compressed, so you'll save a few mb on the download) - isokadded on the 2003-11-04 00:13:04

- I think "building up pretension" is more appropriate. :)

- 64k Windows PainTro by ElGado
- Like rubbernecking past a car accident, I just had to download and watch it. Umm.. was that supposed to be the dr who theme? Hot tip, screams of horror do not make good lead samples. And yes, I have to agree, it's "fugly". Brings back memories of nextempire. :)

- 4k MS-Dos Stoned by Dust
- Well, that's interesting. I did not upload a screenshot, and yet one (the wrong one) is there.
Anyway, I'm surprised this hasn't been added yet. It was the winning intro of the first (major) 4k intro compo. Haven't gotten it to run in a while, but I remember a voxel tunnel and zoom/rotate, and I think there was some fractal thing in there. The info file mentioned a final release with adlib music, but sadly it never surfaced. - rulezadded on the 2003-10-20 15:44:32
- wild Animation/Video Egon and Dönci - First man on Mars!? by Aenima [web]
- Yep, SIGGraph quality again. Obviously very Wallace and Grommit inspired, but even better in some cases (except that the cat looks rather mean in comparison :). Well guys, I think it's time to move out of Hungary and become legends.

- Amiga OCS/ECS Newtek Demoreel 1 by Newtek
- Oh lordy.. okay, I saw this way back in 1989 or so, before I had any clue as to what demos were. It was at some Amiga/PC shareware expo I went to. I guess that's about when Amiga popularity peaked over here. I'm sure most PC people were impressed with it at the time. Get it if you're into kitschy 80s nostalgia.

- Oh HELL yes! Everyone and everything I wanted back is back. Just try to match this style. I dare you.

- demo Windows Weltenkonstrukt by Smash Designs [web]
- On the bright side, the music is better than adrenalin. Still no decent graphics to speak of. Some artist help poor aeg out!
Anyway, aeg has a bright future in civil engineering and architectural modeling, but not demo design. The envmaps on the windows, cheezy as they are, were a nice touch, but there should be more mipmapping/blurring/fading/whatever for the far-distance objects, to add a little more realism. Think Lapsuus. :) Oh, took hell of a long time to load too. - isokadded on the 2003-08-28 00:36:18
