superneat texturemapping
Good one.
ultimate
WOW
It deserve a CDC..
It deserve a CDC..
I remember this one - it's a good production. Both the effects and music are catchy.
This still rocks after all those years. Very cool blitter tormenting and awesome realtime ham vector. :) Yet, if they would have included some more effects this would be a real killer. It was great back then but nowadays it's a bit boring. Anyway, awesome code for its time, very nice demo indeed.
One-effect demo but pretty cool for an A500
really good
This prod is totally underrated. The mapping is simply outstanding for a simple A500. Very impressive.
It's been 15 years.
Well, not soo amazing comparing to the rest of the competition (except the Oddysey, which is too long and boring - sorry Hornet...), but I like this demo. Fast, with good code by old c64 fellows (as well as the tune by Danko). Pity that everything is about a texture-mapping routine. But heavens, very well coded, in fact!

Wow, best texture mapping I have ever seen on the 500.
Nice!
Oh yeah, texmapping in 91
Nice effects but afterall a bit boring.
one trick pony, textureMapping!
but hey, this is ECS and no chunky2planar, just pure blitterMagic!

(very neat) texture mapping + 1991 => thumb up!
This is really impressing for an Amiga 500, even more so for being made in 1991. Anyone know the theory behind this?
One trick pony, but a very beautiful pony.
Great mapper!
Thumb for an awesome mapper, ham vector, dancing silhouettes, pacing and fab Danko track. Plus what Axis said.
Some sweet code in this, obviously. Btw, two versions exist of this demo, one of which seems to be an unfinished preview (or party version perhaps?) Oddly enough, the less complete version seems to have been better spread in packs etc than the final one.
1991... and still better effects than in many OCS demos from 2015. Respect.
Very cool for its time. Incidentally the dancing girl silhouette is the same one as used in the Share & Enjoy - Amazing Tunes II music disc :)

And in the game Hollywood Poker Pro, which was released long before both demos, the same dancing girl can be seen, go figure! :)
Oh nice, I never knew that, and I haven't ever played Hollywood Poker Pro, but i'll check it out at some point :)
codewise far ahead of it´s time! Brilliant!!!
schüttel, was du hast, veronika!
missing thumb detected!
Legends never die, they only sleep ;)
Final version was great ;)
Cool, thanks for the explanation! Always great to see original authors commenting on such classic releases here :)
yes, that was great :D
Very clever way of texturemapping on OCS, works very nicely!
If i could only erase that almost big as a logo name (Pernod) away, i would be happy =D
Today, I ran this on my plain A600. Amazing!
Realtime ham vector!
what others say..
Great mapping, slick gfx, cool intermodula mod and tasty ham vector.
nice
Ham vector thumb.
Great one
Impressive
Nice vectors & soundtrack!
Dang! 1991
Yeah, that rocks for 1991. Very impressive.
