Bucketload, you want to use one of emulators with support for beta disc interface. The freely available ones are Fuse or Unreal. Spectaculator 8 is also very good, but not free.

In either one of them, you would need to select TR-DOS option from the menu and type RUN "HEART" to start the program.

Heartkore Megademo

This prod is an interesting mixture: an old school megademo with the elements of trackmo. As usual, one has large parts, which you are supposed to skip through by pressing the space button. At the same time, many parts, e.g. intro or credits are styled as mini-trackmos, which makes this megademo surprisingly fresh to watch. In my opinion, the introduction, the dendrites and the credits parts are the particular highlights.

This party version is uneven in that some parts are distinctly more boring than others. The authors are talking about a much improved post-party release in a few weeks time. However, in line with the usual megademo exuberance, there is enough quality content here already.

Ah, forgot to mention, there is a hilarious hidden part in the 48K mode (which can be reached by going into 48K BASIC option in the 128K menu and typing RANDOMIZE USR 15619: REM: RUN "HEART").

This bunch of code, music and gfx could become really good dynamic trackmo... if not lame 'press space odyssey'-like style. My thumbup by no means is for AAA itself, but for all other people worked on this demo. Sad that you can't cooperate without aaa...

JAC!, the part where the credits are is generating the animation frames on-the-fly out of godzillion possibilities (I think that silly animated dialogues hides the precalc). You need to keep that part running long enough to get this specific animation too.
The *.nfo is partly in Russian. I'll help the guys to translate it fully into English when the post-party version is ready.

The demo completely fails to run if you have less than 71680 t-states in frame or if you are in turbo mode.

Great, after many mediocre demos for Speccy, this is good and solid worls. Some parts are awesome. massive thumb for effort.

Anyways, since many of the musics are remakes or copies of other (Game) musics, (The Light Corridor, for example, in the part with the impaled guy on a sun-dial), could at least someone list the original music-names of those that are remakes in this Demo? Thanks.
