Meeh. Looks kinda 2002-ish (like, don't zoom up on reflective objects when there's obvious missing reflections). And the whole "retro mode"-thingie was just lame.

Premature thumb up for the party if nothing else, but it was a fine demo as well :P. Might not be very high-tech but it was clean.

it made me almost cry .... Very awesome inivte, loved the retro mode :D and that one part where that logo went into particles really lagged my PC quite a bit (Phenom 8650, Radeon 4850) but I guess my PC is getting old :p

I'm getting tired of the gray/one-desaturated color-scheme + the retro-stuff: enough is enough. Cool tune (although uninspired at the end it seems) and good flow. :)
some really good parts, although i admit the retromodes were a turnoff mostly because they didnt look anything like they were supposed to.
Retro = decrease resolution, bit depth and framerate lol.
It's really not that hard to find a decent approximation of the C64 palette online, just a tip for next time. Details like that bring down the overall impression.

apart from inviting to the next easterparty, this one didnt really do much for me.
I had some sort of dejavu in the beginning, but I liked the new parts.

Nice but couldn't watch it full screen because of some odd bug: the display is blinking like crazy. It seems that every other frame has a 100 pixels offset in the Y direction (ATI Radeon 4850 here).

decent enough invitation, though the robot cube thing was a bit lame.
nice integration of hand painted pixel/graphical elements. a lot of demos today only use gfxers for textures...which is unfortunate really. great to see well drawn titlescreens, etc.

Awesome, is it wrong that my favourite thing was the little wireframes of the walker at the bottom? The rewind at the end was cool, as was the crazy particle zoom thing.

As usual with Rebels, it's "ok" and "nice" and I guess it's good enough... but it's completely unadventurous, it kinda rest on its good old bases and don't move a pixel. So yeah, it's an invitation but still, it would not really worth a thumb up you know.

I really like the platform-"walkthrough". The style is nice and clean and there's a couple of pretty nice effects. Seem a bit on the safe side, though. Still plenty for a thumb up ;)

Ignoring the Am1ga stuff I saw in this demo (I'm an Atari ST guy!) then I really LOVED this intro.. excellent stuff. Thanks for making it for Mac.
