very cool, but why you dont add SlimDX in your zip?
sound is not working here, I've to play it manually.. I got this error message: "Could not load file or assembly 'OggVorbisDecoder, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Doesn't run here.
Sweet :)
But sound doesn't work here either, also had to play it manually.

Potential is there, however music goes from "ok" to seriously bad and back several times.
Also, to require an install of something specific to watch demo isn't that cool.
(Demo also crashes when I select fullscreen 1680x1050, but runs fine windowed 1024x768)
You get a piggy, since there are at least some ok looking stuff in there :)

I really liked this prod. The music was fine but the candyness was just awesum :) keep up the good work.
Hey, Hanes from Zink Interactive here. We have had a great deal of problems with this. Mainly due to time contstraints and our noobness when it comes to directx in general and slimdx in particular.
When we wake up from post-party coma maybe we'll try to fix it.
In the meanwhile check it out at:

it got some tasty style but the music isn't that good.
great design, the colorscheme reminds me to one TMDC entry (cant recall the name)
Couldn't get it to run, so I watched the YouTube-capture. Some cool ideas, and it sort of looks like Fairlight drunken fast-prod, but the music just destroys it - what garbage that was.
Still, looking forward to the next prod - please make it a non-partyhack one :)

Love the colors and design, and I thought the music were much cooler at the party than when I'm watching it at home now.
It could use a bit of polish, especially in terms of the movement, but the contemporary design was really cool and there were some nice ideas here.
Definitely looking forward to future prods!

nice demo and music wasn't so terrible
what gloom said (but with a motivational thumb ;))
crashed, so watched youtube. nice thingy actually it shows some potential. i liked the simple but effective 3d scenes apart from the 3d font scroller. also the guitar chugga-chugga in the music came very unexpected :D
ghettocapture looks good; it's not very complicated or polished, but it's fun
has potential!
i actually liked the music.. *ducks*

Colours!
very close to a piggy but I have positive feelings at the end.
I didn't like the music at all (and don't think it fits).
The visuals are great!
The visuals are great!
With better cameras and somewhat improved rendering quality (or messed up postprocessing) I would've really enjoyed this!
The ugly sine-scroller juuust about kills the thumb.

kul
Really good!
Thumb comes only for the scroller at the end, I've been missing them lately...
riding on the rainbow! cool stuff!
Beer is important too!
:) i like it, watched u2b only tho !
Purple+green works surprisingly well :D Fresh! I agree about the bad music, tho :P Now give me some of that candy :3
Great!
no slimdx, no glory
Crashes for me as well in my updated Windows XP Pro. SP3 with an ATI Radeon 4870 video card (512 MB of RAM) and Intel quad-core 8200 CPU.
I wathced the video. Not bad. Pig for crashing though.

The scenes were very nice even if the camerawork was lacking a bit, and the tune was a mixed bag in terms of quality indeed. Quite enjoyable anyway, keep it up :)
nice style
Thumb up for the demo spirit.
I would have given you a thumb up, but having to install SlimDX sucks. Music really varied in quality. Thus a pig it is.
Beer is important too! (I dont eat sweets, but now I kinda want some)
SlimDX August 2009 download
+ Fresh palette
+ music
+ beer :)
- did not work in fullscreen mode (crash due to "invalid d3dcall", nvidia 9800gt)

Me too.
That's cool to see some .net projects here, but @Hanes/Afe: afaik, we don't need to install the SlimDX.dll only if you specify to use a local copy while referencing it inside your visual .net project. You should recompile the exe with proper settings in order to avoid installing SlimDX. That would be easier to look at your demo!
also, it seems not compatible with x64 system... you should probably compile your project forcing 32bit settings instead of any cpu.
smooth & solid

if this prod is a fake, some info is false or the download link is broken,
do not post about it in the comments, it will get lost.
