can't make this baby work ++ crashes while at the loading screen (p2.300.256M/win98se/ge2mx400/28.32)

after aprox. 5 minutes loading (not joking) it started on my machine!!! (no, didn't load it from tape)
the artwork is quite stylish and i would vote it 'rulez' if it would not look like a slideshow on my athlon 500 /192MB / ATI radeon. too bad, but 0.5 fps are not enough!

it does rule. definitely it deserved a MUCH higher ranking. the demo combines high-level concept with stunning techniques.

last but not least the guy who added it fucked it up: it is not just a bypass production, but a colloboration of BYPASS, KOLOR and BLACK MAIDEN!

Really nice(!!) - too bad it was choppy on the big-screen (itsa windows... boot it... often).

I guess it would have been ok for the characters to have a -bit- more detail ;)

Okay, what's up with the framerate on this thing? All I saw was a slideshow with a shitload of diskswapping. *Waaaaaay* less than 1 fps with a five minute plus start-up time. (No unnecessary programs running in the background.)

I guess 256 megs of RAM just doesn't cut it these days...

jeez, the bitch sucks up memory like there's no tomorrow. 256mb RAM here as well.

the preload takes ages as well.

This one took 1 min to load on my P4 1.5.

Kinda scary demo, someone is puking in this demo :) I kinda liked the lines or what I shall call these things you see in the screenshot.

Great stuff. I like the design, I like the sound, I like the style. As dipsqitch mentioned someone should change bypass to bypasskolorblackmaiden.

Waiting for the final version... perhaps then I'll get the connection between the cinema and the main part ;)

pIII-600/gf3/512ram/maxtor hdd - loads in about a minute, works like a charm (except quite a few graphical bugs, but I guess that's just a partyversion thang), dunno why all this whining.. 8}
the 3d on itself is kinda dull-ish, until those badass red things kick in - bringing back some memories of 'anamorphs' (short video by design outlet wddg.com) and that 'body snatchers' movie. music definitely could use some shortening, but it's weirdness to boot and that how I like it.

i couldn't really watch this either. heavy loading every time the scene changes. i guess my 256MB isn't quite enough. what i saw was nice though.

it also crawls at times, has bugs in it and crashed after the last scene...BUT...
it has potential 'cause the concept is quite cool and the dnb track was good (bass synth sounded a bit like the one in Krust's Warhead)
maybe the final looks / works better.

After watching this demo, memory usage drops to 300megs. It peaked at 910megs! :-/ I mean... wtf!? :-) The music is nice, the rest is rather strange. I didn't quite get it.

although those 3 great groups can do alot better and the red strings seemed a bit too abstract for me, I give it a thumb up, as the athmosphere is nice and they did it in quite a short time.

i love the noize gfx-style - it's really unique. and especially here... aggresive and weird. unfortunately it's "ruckling&zuckling".

Imo this one of the most overrated demos this year. It's boring, it has ugly meshes (i always wanted to say that ;) and it doesn't work on my machine at home. So it sucks

music is good, but otherwise this is boring as hell.

unstable program, but I liked it when I got it to work. Nice overbearing atmosphere, those orange lines are a neat idea

Nice. a good tearing track. the visuals arent all that though, but i like the idea.

I really love this demo; it has such great style. It's a bit sluggish and unstable on my system though.

The soundtrack was ok but the rest just sucked.

Eats some serious ram. But I guess it needs a fair bit for all those textures... Plus loading time was long.

Still, nice ideas, good tune, and some excellent scenery (character models/animation sucked a little, but not too bad, also it looks like there is some compression wobble on the models animation)

Still manages a rules.

As for the choreography and the visuals,nothing really special.It has a generally weird/out of this world feeling and the scenes with the man floating in the air and the woman staring at the screen while the freaked out converastion takes place simply OWN!

How could I've forgotten that?! Simply rox! The thin red lines, the strange attitude, the nice modeling (the bathroom part..). I love the character expressions too : sometimes frightened, sometimes disgusted, but in the end resigned. Perhaps are they afraid of their one's shadow? Anyway big thumb for the whole idea and this beautifull tune.

Simply roxx, nice psycho horror scenes with abstract red lines, and music with shivering samples. good atmosphere, underrated...
