Bland and stark!
No thumb down tho cos it has a couple of nice effects.

Standard traction quality
Not technical wonder, but atmospheric.
amazing albeit i prefer it's full of stars
it's different
Love this :) Great Music and nice Visuals :)

Thanks for the Linux port. Nothing seemed overly connected here, however there were some nice bits. A weak thumb.
refreshing ideas + original effects = Traction style
had some nice effects, but overall too boring. good sound.
nice, clean, traction..
Trendy!
That's another style... :)
Great intro, and I do love the music!
traction - because textures and 3d-models are for sissies.
Just traction style ;)
I love music.
I love music.
What 4kum4 said...
OS X file distribution screwed up. ain't working. resource forks missing?
i like it.
go go math power! svenzzon, chmod a+x the ante_dominum file to run it in OS X.
Nothing mind blowing, but very smooth and enjoyable to watch!
<3 <3 <3
not flawless. and thats good.
same mSW
ok, os x port's executable has now chmod +x
Nice, but a bit boring
One of the better Traction intros, gotta love those fractals and music fits well!
nice.
good music and stylish visual.
enjoyed it.

nice, but shure not more than just nice. so my opinion a piggy here.
ök.
Math can be so beautiful!
nice mathematics, and kudos for the OS X port
nice
bravo, traction! freash and beautiful effects. i really enjoyed it.
Usual traction quality. Great looking maths, and the tune was good. Plus, OSX port. Definite thumb.
Nice effects and the music fits well.
not special. fractals are not bad.
maths are beautifull.
Oh my god ! It's beautifull :)
real math - art
nice fractals but dot filling is boring.
focused and flawlessly delivered. I love it
Lovely intro, cool maths, nice music, sources, linux port. Rules :)
well, i probably wouldn't thumb this down if it'd placed below demos that were clearly better, but...
Like I said, good again. :)
Preacher: The version shown at Breakpoint was different (e.g. the opening scene) to the version downloadable here. Is that intentional or a mistake? Anyway, the intro rocks as usual!
the demo is really nice. a little bit boring because of the monotone zik... still up!
alrightie! (*checks Breakpoint FTP-instead*) :)

wow! so many great effects! great work!
definitely rulez! superb visuals!
I am totally in love with this demo. It really exploits high resolution and shows old FX in interesting ways. One of the most elegant things I've seen in years. Cheers. Bring more.
merlucin: youll have to run it from the terminal to get the proper ./ path.. yes its annoying that people cant do proper binaries 2006 for osx :(
otherwise nice

My personnal winner! I don't like the others in64k this year.. except Kikiarts "Breaklose". But "Ante Dominium" is the only one to run smoothly on my machine. Trax is awesome. And most of all, it's multiplatform. One of the best intro in 2006. Thumb Up!
stefan: didn't you notice it's running in linux ;)
lovely visuals. and this time i even like the soundtrack.
really liked the visuals
way to go preacher
way to go preacher
My favourite in the compo.
I really like this. Never change your style and make a stupid techno demo for example ;)

I havent liked last couple of traction intros so much, but this one rulez.

I love it! Cool style. Great visuals. Music rocks. snd & gfx not synced but fits perfectly anyhow ´:]

ANY MODS AROUND?!
ye ye, its a nice one!
Nice one.
Great! Really love this one.
booring minimalistic intro. how the hell did this intro make it to 3rd?
All traction products rox! I hope they keep porting to OSX!
nice cause it's differant
Not bad. :)
great
If you are going to do a demo in this style, you really _must_ have antialiasing. The jaggies are eating your little squares.
Yes.
If you are going to do a demo in this style, you really _MUST_ leave anti-aliasing off. The blur would destroy the demo and leave it feeling washed out.

A pig because of overall impression. The visuals are great but the audio sucks big time.
Full of beauty. Cool fractals. Real pleasure. Fantastic 64KB.
Certaintly not an eyecandy in the common sense, but Traction continues to amaze by showing interesting new effects every time.
Fine-balanced demo with clever effects and synchronization.
oh, traction. fantastic and beautiful.
massive thumb up.
massive thumb up.
I like well finished designs
i like oddly skewed graphics
i like tunnels

As original, as traction is.
i especially like the particle flow and the flashing trees. also nice display of fractals.. rulings from traction as usual :)
simple enough, i dont like the music
surprisingly good! difficult to resist those maths + excellent tune
What shadez said, I think.
Really nice. I like the glowing trees and the fractals before all. Keep up the good work!
nice and different
Added by waffle? wtf? Name stealage!
Great demo!
Great demo!
.waffle: we actually have chatted couple of times :)
rocks!
well. always nice to look at a few peaceful minimalistic pattern routines.. watch the line edges though (or is that my graphics card that sucks?)
love this! laid back coderporn. lovely way to present simple fractals
too many graphical glitches and too little interesting content for a thumb up. some neat ideas, but it's nowhere enough to get my pants wet.
Amazing. Thank You! :)
Creative ideas in there!
Absolutely beautiful. I love it.
good
nice one
Finally saw it running realtime and not just the lowres dtv stream, and I love it!
Small hint to linux users: the linux version crashed my system but the windows version works fine in wine.

Compiles and runs with no problems on my Gentoo systems (x86 & GCC 4.1.1)
nice concept
GREAT prod! Excellent coding! Loved it! Keep up the good work!
good math effort, but overal is empty
nice attractor and particle effects with matching music
really nice
I LOVE IT, well done guys - tnx for the source as well!
really beautiful and innovative
It feels so good.

Beautiful and stylish masterpiece. Definitely on my permanent playlist now ;-)
definately a cutie!
Minimalistic and neat - however, I don't like the music.
a shitload of effects.
Beautiful and atmospheric. Music is also very good.
This nice intro
Very good. Sweet, relaxed music.
not sure what posessed me to thumb this down! oh well...
One of the first Traction stuff I've seen. I love it. The concept and the picture-sound combo just kicks :)
Nice! Tractionish style!
Oh, sorry! I see it's prod by traction! ;)

hm...
a bit surprised over the praise for the visuals/design, which I think looks utterly OpenGL/generic/unpolished/aliased; and most of the stuff moves around/unfolds in these... dull sinus-ish ways.
There are a couple of nice scenes though, like the multicolored ribbon / tapeworm thingies.
The music is ok - not as good as the music in most replay intros but it manages to set a similar tone.

abit random scheme at times, but very cool graphics. gridstuff rules. math <3
Minimalistic, in a good way.
nice music =)
nice efx.
style
Really beautiful.
The mathematical approach fits very well here and is also very, very well presented. So yes, solid and beautiful work. Keep it up and alive, and you know who I mean :)
Forgot to thumb this. Really good!
quite minimalistic?
Fantastic 'rasters' man
Great

Interesting work.
coder pr0n - beautiful!
Algebra orgasim to a math porn
Superb
nice
Really nice. Certainly not jaw dropping material, but it sets a nice mood with this slow paced direction.
A couple of visual seem a bit "blunt" (especially the font), and the ribbons could have been better.
Also, massive thumb up for the ports.

very good, especially music
Math is beautiful,- you had me at the tunnel that isn't one :)
The music is damn good as well, I feel this is what chill core is supposed to sound, ace!

Awesome prod! Somehow I forgot to thumb this. Maths is beautiful. Very lovely soundtrack by grip, too.
What freezedream said.
love it!
ok one
So fresh! I really dig the tracker music, the look, the flow. Somehow the pen-and-paper look makes the good ol' fractals seem new and cool. A special mention goes to that tunnel that transitioned into a flowing plane of particles.
Really Nice!
so gooooooood, awesome music and v pretty eye candy ^^
Not sure how I missed commenting on this. Preacher’s comment above captures most of my feelings about it, but I should add that this demo left quite an impact on me when it was new, to the point where I can honestly call it a formative part of my existence in the demoscene and beyond. Fantastic work (and a huge thanks to Preacher for sharing source all those years ago!)
