Holy crap! Clap clap clap!
Flawless design and execution.. nice reference to Nooon :)
jammer can do no wrong. also, just really good in general. i appreciate that the design and pacing succumbs into the self-indulgent territory barely at all here, unlike many other prestige level C64 megademos from recent years. everything is more or less consistent and the demo maintains a good flow considering the material, although there's perhaps a a lack in focus as every individual part feels a bit tacked on both in terms of music and visuals. i still love the individual ideas here, very novel and complicated looking effects (although as a novice i can't comment on the actual underlying technical complexity).
What noby said. I also appreciate how it seems to transcend the common C64 aesthetic and goes for a really different look, at the expense of the real-time aspect. So many animations might feel off-putting in some other context but here they work really well.
Imagination, a powerful creative force! ❤️
Amazing!
Gr8
The theme and style very very solid.
Too many animations. What's with that and why it's always color squares with black edges, is it a specific technique? Although I've seen this technique on the new method colored scrollers, but now on 3d rotated environments that probably is not realtime.

Great and really good looking effects.
Amazing piece of technic and artwork
C64 keeps giving more and more. Kudos for that superbe production packed with clever ideas.
Looks very nice, but it all seems to be done with animations, which isn't very interesting to me as a coder
The global aesthetics is very uncommon for the C64. Looks fresh, sounds different (and very good!). Congrats!
Amazing demo, felt like watching some good 16-bit one... congrats!
Excellent music, pace, graphics... Dope!
What cruzer said. I absolutely adore the design and style but it's not really a demo for me. Unsure if this time they used their own tooling or just good ol' CSAM again.
Cool!
What kind of sorcery is this?
Stunning demo!!
Top notch!
Fun demo! Animations to enhance productions on low spec machines has been a thing since the inception of the damascene, so good on you to go all TBL on it! soundtrack is also absolutely killer, Jesus fuck the c64 scene knows how to make their sound chip weep.
Best part for me. Great style, music, graphics, animations, especially crawling robot.
fantastic design!
but some parts are way to juddery...

Proper crowd-pleaser!
Awesome stuff.
good demo
wacek wrote on the CSDb: "realtime eye vector, realtime motion-blur effect, realtime dripping effect, realtime gfx mirroring, particles (precalculated but not animated), combining of asynchronous "bitplanes" on the fly etc. Shitload of new stuff. ..."
Wow, don't know what to praise more, music, effects, flow, gfx, all so good!
Fucking ACE. Fuck the animation complaints, I'd like to see anyone else push that much visual data through three floppy sides and a 985 MHz 6502. And of course the soundtrack is HUGE. Jammer proving once again only he can handle the SID chip at its full capacity. I think the message of the demo has gone a bit stale, but I don't even care, this production is a masterpiece.
Awesome demo!
Finally some normal pokey-like sounds - better late than never ;) Of course, I'm teasing, in a positive sense. In the battles of the demo head to head, with top musicians in such very different shows. Thx, I had a great time watching!
It should take first place IMO
What noby said and also this should have won. One of the best C64 demos made in a long time imo.
Wow!
clear 1st place, what's wrong with party-voters?
Oh, a new OCS demo! Funny how they used only c64 colors
Top notch!
Rulez!
demo rulez, and the soundtrack is a perfection.
wow! that's a lot of strong FX!
Someone poking for a meteoriks nomination perhaps :p Supreme tek with massive art and ringing sound tho i couldnt help but get a "few recycled and improved routines" from the previous one this is one of the best this year for sure. C64 still standing number one
Love how they go monochrome & high horizontal resolution to show off some of the coding effects ... and great soundtrack
yes yes YES
So stylish and lovely, what a treat!
Nice. :)
Good design and great execution. I especially like the Numen / TQA / Pokey XRay-music reference in the rubiks cube part :) awesome!
Really nice to watch!
"the coding effects", "Supreme tek", "few recycled and improved routines", "One of the best C64 demos", "Fuck the animation complaints,"
its animations. this c64 demo doesnt play in the same ballpark as the ones showcasing realtime effects, its unfair to those.
what is wacek quoted saying from csdb, he means realtime post processing of animation frames. but thats not what realtime is.

Incredible, looks like 16-bit prod to me. Also love Bimber's gfx and overall design. Jammer's bits a mindblowing too. GR8 stuff!
can only repeat my comments about the 1st place
Cool !
You did it guys - this is the first C64 demo I really enjoyed :) Made a massive impression presented on bigscreen.
Superb. Can't wait for esir4
The best production of Xenium'24! Basically jawdropping!
Really stunning stuff!
Cool!
Awesome!
@wackee
This demo rocks but could you please elaborate what is really done in real time and what not... and why?

Very cool!
God damn that was good. Reminds me of Booze at their best.
this demo is freakin amazing,
I'm speechless

Very very good. So much good content in this demo!
Killer! And <3 for indenting the second line of too long credits :)
Great! :)
Dang!
Very neat! Gerat pacing, and general lack of boring parts and/or scrollers. Great mix of experimental and more traditional sounds, along with new and old takes on effects. Thanks!
what a show!
Great effects
Nice
Great demo with awesome effects and ideas.
