• For RPI4 it's not fully ready, some obstacles with the USB drivers, but doable with some additional hardware and quirks. Check here for more information and downloads. Some Status on the port for RPI4 here

• ...I waited for that ;-) actually basic idea coded many months before...the only thing that should spread is Risc OS !

• ...as I got a bit bored with x86 recently...some Risc OS promotion intro from me. A 832 byte intro for that operating system (Risc OS 5.24), tested on a Raspberry PI3 (should run on other Risc SO platforms, too, until they got a NEON capable CPU), including some bytebeat ported from my old DOS intro, running at 800x600. Check the ReadMe for more info...should serve more or less also as a tutorial if you want to code for that OS/ARM platform :-)
  
  It's not an ideal platform for sizecoding (more OS interaction needed, every instruction 32 Bit,...) but lots of fun to code with the integrated BASIC assembler.
