- dipswitch: perhaps the unknown jerks don't feel like they have to kiss ass?
honestly, I hoped for this to be different, and I (for some reason which I can't find now) though it would be so too. But it's just more of the same old, and it's just too boring, no matter how pretty it is.
..and oh, isn't it ridiculous when people try to use their status as a "well known scener" to indicate that people with another opinion than themselves don't really know what they are talking about?
jerk. - isokadded on the 2002-08-09 14:44:26
- demo Windows macawsux by anti macaw brigade [web]
- more entertaining than shit trying to be art.

- 64k Amiga PPC/RTG Future visions by Potion
- it's a bit remix-looking and sounding, but I like the remix. only having seen a loq-wmv of this, I'm hoping for hiq svcd or divx (please? :)
po-tion! - rulezadded on the 2002-08-09 04:03:41
- intro Windows Vittu vs Perkele by Odd
- this time it's the finnish divisoin of ODD setting the standard for the demoscene. once again odd combines the oldschool (duck.3ds) with the newskool (env-homomapping).
too bad this wasn't shown at asm02, but I guess the preselection jury just don't have concepts of art :( - rulezadded on the 2002-08-06 16:54:05
- 4k Amiga AGA sotakyrpä by Spaceballs [web] & Ephidrena
- exploder will probably stop winning if you stop voting for him. anyway, great intro :)

- demo Windows halla by Moppi Productions
- this was boring. effects please.
oh and yeah, it's kinda funny that the "greatest storydemo" of all time has ripped it's story. bah, this was a waste of my time. - sucksadded on the 2002-08-05 14:10:57
- demo Windows Liquid... Wen? by Haujobb
- I fail to see how the second part is different from earlier hjb-prods, and it's not better than the first part either. music is ok, and visualice is a very good artist, but it's still BORING!
and oh yeah.. it does not run at full framerate at a gf2ti64DDR/athlon1200/512MbRAM/win98se/dx8.1-system. I don't see anything justifying that in this demo. - sucksadded on the 2002-08-05 14:06:12

- no.
absolutely not.
not provoked, just bored. please don't do more like this. - rulezadded on the 2002-08-05 13:53:58
- 64k Windows Squish by AND [web]
- nto all scenes are equally pretty, and I miss a real bassdrum in the soundtrack.
BUT..
this is a great 64k, amongst the better I've seen on the windows platform ever. fast paced, lotsa effects, lotsa new scenes. never gets boring. imho, this is far more entertaining than any fullsize demo from asm02. great work AND! - rulezadded on the 2002-08-05 13:40:51
- demo Windows kaptah by Rgba [web]
- good show, although I didn't like the two first scenes (the intro). the synchro there is very poor compared to the rest of the demo.
