- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Obvious Disaster by Phenomena
- vau, what an obsolete sample of demoscene! In 1990 I didn't know that something like demoscene exists. I might ask Fiasko organizers to show it (or something similar by phenomena) on big screen ('cause I don't own Aga).

- demo MS-Dos machines of madness by Dubius
- of its time, quite revolutional stuff that I was pop-eyed as well from this demo (and specially music).
Dubius: Machines of Madness got to the archive gold, you have to be pleased, haven't you? :) - isokadded on the 2001-03-01 09:35:58

- 64k MS-Dos flekk by Nah-Kolor [web]
- I hope you won't be angry to me if I say it's not the best intro by a technical side.
But what makes this intro stunning is the overall impression it has on a viewer.
And... the music. No doubt one of the most bizard, most original and most touching soundtracks.
Weed (or Daze? who of you is the musician? i forgot) succeded to do a tune that i would yearned to do sometime in my life.
Actually, Flekk turns you into kind of melancholic solitude that impresses on the place somewhere there inside.
Flekk appropriates to my top three most favourite intros. (really, no shit) - isokadded on the 2001-02-16 09:50:53
- demo MS-Dos Windows the fulcrum by Matrix
- No doubt it was the best demo in 1998. I admire such enthusiasm Matrix had to make this one.

- demo Windows just a touch of funk by Digital Murder [web]
- really nice-to-watch demo under which a lot of hard work is hidden (i suppose), i admire it, and appreaciate Digital Murder's effort to get people entertain' and relax by watching Just a touch of funk. Original!

- 64k Windows fr-08: .the .product by Farbrausch [web]
- The most boring intro of the year. Above-average music, few minutes of editing in DemoPaia that probably did most of the generating, powerful packer and ... nothing else yet. Das produkt is an typical example of making a mistake by forgetting the sence of a product by nothing else than all 3d scene, fly-path making. When I saw this for the first time, I was no doubt surpriced, but for the second time bored and for the third time disgusted. There's no point of it - all Farb-Rausch want to say is "hey, look what we managed to do, look how we managed to compress some (no matter how fool) heap of 3d stuff!"
Do you think you wouldn't forget this intro after some 5 years? Really? It's really foolish trying to compare this intro with Heaven 7/exceed, 'cause it's uncomparable. In general, this newskool intro shows nothing else than flying by simply generated objects they are STATIC (ok, few of them moves artificialy, up and down or left and right) and is nothing else than a boring trip of "cold" 3d scenes. I don't claim I could code something like Das Produkt, I just say it's an "eye-popping intro (according to today) with absolutely no sence". - isokadded on the 2001-02-01 10:01:42
- demo invitation Linux Windows VIP 2 by Popsy Team [web]
- This demo has a potencial to make a huge impression on audience. The way it starts, progresses and grades. No matter MP3 is not original (even though IMHO if Popsy team handled THIS they would handle original soundtrack too), the substantial is that it's free and piece of demoscene. It's a real experience, it's really hot shit ;]
