  it seems that (for whatever reason) i pissed you off. i mean, there actually WAS a radial blurred object for over 30 seconds (actually even longer, but i was merely referring to a single part..)
  
  q: cylinders?
  a: yes indeed, quite a lot. at the beginning and in the end tho. oh, and the particles..
  
  q: 256 colors?
  a: 32bpp.
  
  q: metaballs?
  a: yes, including slight recursive radial blur.
  
  q: textures?
  a: indeed, no texture generator sticks behind this.
  
  as i'm pretty childish, i'd like to analyze the content of your intro..

  and about 3 or 4 'effects', on top of the fact that it probably wasn't just done on friday.

• while other threestate productions ranged from nice to very cool, i completely seem to miss the point of this. the tune is boring, the effect doesn't appear to be all that pretty to me, and the fact that i was irc'ing while i watched my other monitor with one eye was the only reason for not rapidly navigating my thumb (ofcourse pointed downwards) towards the cute little key, proud of the fact that it has the letters E, S and C printed on it.
  
  this probably has something to do with art, just like that seems to be the case with halcyon's chimera.
