- demo MS-Dos TR-08 by Textrausch & Sundancer Inc. [web] & Never [web]
- At first I thought it was funny, then I realized that it was just retarded. If you're going to make a joke demo, at least don't make it annoying as hell.

- Thumbs up for the name! :)
Not bad eyecandy, if you can get by the usual ainc colors. :) Nice music too. - rulezadded on the 2003-01-28 01:27:10
- demo Windows Resonance by Sundancer Inc. [web]
- Horrid music and a bit ugly all around. i suppose there has to be that leet, "done in 30 minutes at the party place" spirit, but it's not always going to save your reputation. :)

The first part, though technically impressive I suppose, gets repetitive and boring. The 2nd (techno) part is very cool though (ripped music/logo ;). The thumb up goes to the music in the first part - one of my all-time faves! - rulezadded on the 2003-01-25 17:30:36

Hell yeah! This is what trackmos were all about - solid design, tight transitions and great logos and gfx to back it all up. Hopefully, you can get by the few Danish-language text parts. :) The exploding and breakaway cubes are cool, and the colorcycling interference part toward the end is simply gorgeous. - rulezadded on the 2003-01-25 17:27:40

I'm looking for the music in MOD format. I only have the "What is sex" techno part, if you have the rest email me!
Excellent, very loooong demo, with just about every flat-shaded cube effect possible. Some nice gfx, and lots of good transitions. And yeah, I thought the PC joke was kinda cute. :) - rulezadded on the 2003-01-25 17:21:14

A cute, short demo, with mostly chessboard and cube effects. As with most Amiga demos of the time, starts out with a nice title pic. The "480 faces glenz" effect ain't exactly realtime, of course ;). Everything is moved along at a good pace and the transitions are done well. - rulezadded on the 2003-01-25 17:15:48
- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Mayday Resistance by Adict
- Download the music in MOD format here. I'm missing the end part, so if anyone has it please email me.
Somewhere in between Coma by Rebels and Facts of Life (House part) by Witan. I keep it around for the music; the visuals are mostly 1-color overlays or quick monochrome video snips. Still, it's really not that bad, especially compared to PC stuff of the time. And yes, that's "Adict" with one D. - isokadded on the 2003-01-25 17:10:56

Quite a large and ambitious 3D scene for the time, although it almost looks silly by today's standards. Good music, of course, and some nice logos. I never quite got the blatant advertising for Pepsi - were they trying to score some free soda? :) (or was it meant to rebel against the runaway popularity of Coca-Cola at European demo parties? heh) - rulezadded on the 2003-01-25 17:02:43
- demo MS-Dos Gooroo Nation by Starry Knights Productions
- Personally, I would've filed it under "Starry Knights Productions" or even "SKP (Canada)" to avoid confusion, but, whatever. This was their only demo anyway. And yes, it features the code of GooRoo, before he joined my old group Kosmic and went on to make other demos like Flight, Little Green Men, and Dreams. The music isn't bad, but the effects are dull and outdated even for 1994, except for a couple creative combinations (note-bar/landscape, fire-mapped cube). And other than some rendered logos, no gfx to speak of. He hadn't quite mastered the technique of clock-timing yet, as some parts fly by in a couple seconds on fast PCs. I can't thumb it down out of respect for a fellow group-mate, and besides, his first demo in 1993 was a lot worse than this. :)
