- loved Řrřola's remark when he brought this to compo area "I can barely speak now" - probably after super-focused trip in realms of asm and math; amazing 256!

- demo Windows Hetoxoteh by Satori [web] & Andromeda Software Development [web]
- Navis wanted to visit Demobit and some sceners don't want to attend any party emptyhanded.
We quickly put this together with great help from noby and Substrate. Additional 3D by Maali & me.
The demo is technically most of the time two shaders feeding my CPU engine, where are post-effected, composited and synced...

- demo Amiga AGA Amiga OCS/ECS Amis Cope by Satori [web]
- That's right, and this demo doesn't try to hide similarities with DE. Even the images used are from the same source (rare find of microscopic negatives in someones attic 20y ago).
It was just not a proper DE2 to name it that way and there been no music of the same weirdness qualities (Distance was asked several times over the years to deliver one of those again :)).
I was pretty lucky to find suitable music from Goto80, which he sent a year ago for other matters. I wanted to make a demo with Goto80 for a long time, so finally it worked out - unplanned actions sometimes works best.
For the time spent making this demo (2.5 days of actual demomaking and few sessions before to make the framework work and port essential blit routines), I'm satisfied. I rather didn't risk to spend more time to refine it as DB organizing needed my full attention. The second half surely needed more love.
Most of those compositions could not handle crossfading with other ones, so it was used just at the start & end. Have it used all over the demo would help to support DE-ish feel, but on the other hand, I was happy with "effects" and didn't want to simplify them nor got time to optimize.
Since I dreamed of making Amiga prod, I knew I'd try first to revisit the code simplicity of DE to gain similar visual richness. And it's probably not the last time. Thanks again to Haujobb for providing to the point framework where you can focus on actual production and don't worry much about the system. - isokadded on the 2019-02-05 16:25:04

Real CRT capture. Desync apparent around 1:07
Thanks for the capture Tjoppen. I did meanwhile stable 312 scan lines version.

Party version was tested on two CRTs and LCDs. Only older CRT got slightly wavy right edges (as other demos too, but more apparent in my case).
This version behaves the same for me, but hopefully it fixes the issue for you. - isokadded on the 2018-09-10 22:47:13
