- demo Windows planet bot by Deathless [web]
- I couldn't run this either. The start-up window looked like Gargaj's image above. But I thought perhaps this was because I use 'large fonts' as default. (This screws up all of Anaconda's start-up windows.) So I went to normal fonts and rebooted.
Still the start-up window was screwed, but I could see a little more, such as the top row of pixels on a scroller. And when I arbitrarily clicked on the lower right-hand corner, the demo started.
It's sort of strange. Some parts look polished, but most look like a first effort. There is absolutely no originality as everything seems like a collection of 'cheese' effects. (The music exemplifies this to the nth degree.)
Still, it's not horrible, just not memorable. - isokadded on the 2002-12-15 21:18:50
- demo Windows opium by Move
- Like some of the above, I have to wonder what this demo gains by using software rendering. It seems a perfect candidate for OpenGL or similar.
At any rate, I did like this. It's not super original or anything, but flowed nicely enough for my tastes. And thankfully it doesn't have techno music! - rulezadded on the 2002-12-15 21:03:44
- demo Windows spleen by Marshals
- I'm not sure how the spleen was relevant to this demo, but oh well. Looks nice, kinda different in fact. But the overall polish promises more than it delivers.

- demo Windows a deepness in the sky by mfx [web]
- That music almost drove me insane. Ugh. The visuals were kinda interesting, but too much of the same. Would've made a nice 30 second demo.

- demo Windows We are by Haujobb
- Hmm... I don't know what to say about this.
I've thumbed up almost every Visualice-styled Haujobb demo, but maybe not this time. Many of the individual visual elements are quite nice, in fact even more polished than previous efforts. But the demo just doesn't seem right in some way. I can't really describe why.
I suppose in some aspect other Haujobb/Visualice demos feel like a 'trip' from point A to point B. This thing just kinda stands still in the middle of nowhere. - isokadded on the 2002-12-15 20:44:10
- wild Animation/Video tomthumb by The Planet Of Leather Moomins [web]
- This was different, but like many of the above comments, I want to see it in realtime!

- demo Windows Happy birthday Dekadence! ( 1997-2002 horona ) by LTV [web]
- Wow. I'm going to be such a meanie. I didn't like this. The music 'riff' (or whatever it's called) was annoying and repeated far too much. The demo was kinda slow moving and unexciting. And that guy has a zit on his forehead. Yuck!!

- 4k invitation Windows Suction Trombone - Imupasuuna by tAAt [web]
- I don't like sinus scrollers, and the music would've been more impressive if it had been a soft-synth. I'm going to be the party-pooper here and thumb this 4K'er down the toilet. (Just to be different, of course...)

- demo Linux Windows Particle Simulation
- view=viewer
Oops... - isokadded on the 2002-12-09 04:03:06
- demo Linux Windows Particle Simulation
- This kinda reminds me of old Amiga 500 demos whereby the view could change sine-bob movements. Except those productions had music. And scrollers. And logos. And design. And pretty much everything this program doesn't have.
