I'm in Athens for the devoxx conference (18-21/4) and thought I'd check if any local sceners would be up for demobeers during those days?

To be honest I don't even know if there are any sceners in Athens, but: do the Greeks really drink beer? I thought they were drinking ouzo?

there is amusic and leviathan in athens for sure, and plenty of mostly inactive (that I know of). We drink beer more often than ouzo (ouzo goes with food).

I'm situated pretty close to Athens at the moment, but as always transportation is a bit of an issue for me. We drink beer, ouzo, tsipouro and pretty much everything else, and we are also pretty much lazy. :P
