There is a strong tendency on one of the dates, but we would still like more feedback from you to help us indicate what to prepare regarding both a bigger hall and perhaps one more day of stuff to do ;)

just out of curiosity. when does Denmark expect to be able to gather more than 100 people in the same room again?

So far assembly of 500+ persons is not allowed until end of August - and currently it is still not legal to gather more than 10 people.
(also the Danish borders are closed at this time)
We're aware that there is at risk of not being able to make TRSAC happen - however, we hope and believe that in October it is possible, and thus we're looking into the options of making it as great as we can :)

I haven't heard of swim, but there was at least one person escaping from East Germany to Denmark on a home-made surf board. It's about 70 km.

Since Assembly Summer 2020 has been postponed and the only sensible time slot was in Oct, we are having our event at the same time as TRSAC.
However we don't want to "clash" but I am sure we can co-op in this, someway. I'd like someone from TRSAC organising to contact me so we can explore how we can work together and I can open our plans a bit what we want to do and what we could do.
