Anyone else notice how the competition (now 5 pages long as of last night) turned into a popularity contest of who has the most facebook and twitter followers? We wouldn't stand a chance. Someone is pulling some serious clout on some of those rather mediocre entries.
Oh I lawd. Nokia Tune remake. Others try to make compelling API/SDKs for developers - Nokia - hey guys let's have a remake of Nokia Tune to attract people. Next compo will be recreating graphics/icons for them. Not to forget the infamous "connecting people" animation :D

From a quick listen of ~20 highest-rated ones, there doesn't seem to be any way to save the tune without changing it so it's no longer recognizable..
