just one thing:
i really hate the obscene pictures that you can see in some pouet-threads. i would enjoy pouet more if i had not to fear seeing nightmare breeding monstrosities between often funny random pictures.
you know what i mean, i am not talking about the occasional dicks & tits, i am talking about the really horrible stuff, things that make me close the browser instantly. i haven't seen so many horror movies, some of these images really disturb me.

i can not imagine a "pouet ethics council" to censor all submissions, but i have noted that some really horrible pictures vanished magically.

I fully share chaos' comment. It came to the point that i won't check any threads at work anymore either. I find such pics very disturbing.
and that's why you cannot really recommend pouet on the "for more info go to <site>" list when you go to a school or event to tell about demoscene to outsiders...

how about a user-based option that allows you to get bbcode parsed differently.
if you dont wanna see pics in your threads, you could turn that off and you'd get an {image} link or something. everyone else would see a picture.
