also contains "AI generated" content..We noted that the female voice in the 2nd track was kI generated. But to enlighten you, that doesn´t means it mustn´t be controlled and steered and is simple "there"
The Track, the GFX, The Sound with Rap - all is done by human beeings. So we talk about a voice in the outro which needed, as said above also controlling, steering to be able to become that what it was at the end.

So you have this demo that is almost an instant classic starting from the beamslide, and you decide to completely kill the pacing by adding a boring scroller that runs on for uuh 3+ minutes or so? It would have been so much better without.

Okay, you're right, but I timed the scroller to the music and didn't want to interrupt the track.

I really love that effect with the realtime clock. The time display inside the demo looked exactly the same like the time which was projected to the wall in the Abenteuerhallen Kalk. Well done! Seeing the exact same image in the demo because the clock is synchronized was a nice one.
Also I truly appreciate the way how AI was used here. AI did not make the whole demo. AI was not directly competing with humans. For me this way ist okay. Using AI as a tool to partly create content instead of using it as a competitor which creates the whole thing is - from my perspective - the right way to do it. It was still a handcrafted demo.

Did not really understand all the lyrics of the German rap, but cool Demo with a lot of references and dedication to Evoke and AI Generated female vocals for the end track

there's some decent artwork and effort here and there, but still on the humor side it's too winnerdemo for me
Crazy fun, as soon as i saw the GANGNAM STYLE dancing routines with the rappers I was havin' too much fun to not do anything but thumb this up!

This is the proverbial clowncar that crashed into a goldmine - it's awful, but it puts so much effort so confidently into being awful that you can't help to admire it. My favorite part is easily the bottle rolling back and forth in the boat.
right up there with spacepigs and metalvotze, instant classic!
It looks terrible and is using a 3rd party engine, but I can kind of appreciate the effort being put into it.

It's completely understandable that you timed the scroller to the music, in that case the music was too long :)
Besides this: ignore all the haters and continue on this amazing path that you guys seem to be on for at least 10 years since it brought you here and I like that :)
Oh and just to reiterate: I have no problem with long scrollers if they fit the pace. Our most recent demo (It's about time) had a very long endscroller, inspired by the epicenes that is fr-043: rove by Farbrausch.

didnt like it, far too long scroller and the singing/language is like nails in my ears. I can appreciate the skills behind the rendering, but what is it based on? unreal, c or something else?

I thought it was funny and tongue in cheek in a fun way, with lots of references that for some reason didn't make me gag at all. Didn't quite catch all the lyrics with my rudimentary German but the gist of it was pretty clear. Enjoyable :)
imho the end part, whether with AI voice or not, is rather redundant and could have been thrown out alltogether. but the "main" part was very cool - the rap is not bad at all, the beat is really nice, and the visuals have lots of tiny details that make it fun to rewatch the demo.

Yep, indeed it was made within the use of Godot, we even sang about this.. In the past, people used "werkzeug" and other tools but i can ensure you, its NOT simple setup a scene and done, you can and you need also code inside this tool to get a good result.
The scene, the rap and soundtrack, and the graphics were handcrafted in the main part despite few bone animations are done by help of a rigging tool.
at least we wanted to create something we can laugh our asses of ( what we did especially whilst creating the RAP ) . What we also did was to use AI for the outro ( the female voice ) which also need to be controlled and adjusted. ( we mentioned that in the outro )
At Evoke, the audience had a lot of fun watching this demo and that was what we wanted to achieve.

I like a lot of the individual parts, and appreciate the work you put into this. And wish it came with that subtle, twisted and intelligent Deichkind humor. Instead of the drunk Ballermann approach.

what the hell :D this looks so nice but feels like a throw away joke on some tv show from the 80s. also the rolling bottle is an hilarious detail. i'd pigg it if it would have been released out of a party. but i think something like this is meant to be watched on a big screen with a few beers in the system to enjoy simply the moment. kamamamachen. just the scroller is just a bit too short - not enough people complaining (=
