I've seen it first on an A600 with 2mb chipmem. It stutters at least once during "do the shift". (I just tested again on a Rev.5 A500 512k+512k and 1084 CRT to eliminate confounding effects.)
Apart from that, looks extra yummy on a CRT :-)

Monochrome is cowardice (hi PC scene!) + C64ish/doesn't push limits.
