No Corona can keep Adapt away from competing..
Nice demo again
Nice demo again
Nice one, looking to rewatch it again.
Yep
visuals are messy as fuck (as per usual), but man that almost Prodigy soundtrack!
Love that music.
music felt too fast for the pace of the visuals, other then that i liked it
With the exception of some parts that still lack cohesion and structure, I would say that your sense of presentation is a lot better than in your previous works.
For a concrete example of what I mean by that: the first few seconds look very promising, but then the lens flare make a mess of the scene and makes a lot less appealing. On the opposite end, the "adapt" "amber" "dream" scene is one of your best that I can remember: it's visually pleasing and focused.

Absolutely INSANE soundtrack, holy shit! Visuals pretty good too, maybe a little more coherence to the beginning, but seriously, amazing work once again in any case
Very nice!
music and visuals
Awesome soundtrack and some really great scenes. Memorable credits.
most coherent demo from adapt so far; maybe this thing where deepr is not allowed to party code is a good thing. ;) music was really nice.
Good, coherent stuff. Curiously chugs with non-saturated 4790k and 2070.
my fav adapt demo in a while.
some fx are really gorgeousL

kick ass stuff
Some really nice scenes and a truly well executed soundtrack.
I loved the burped credits.
Really cool as usual and with nice music
lots of stuff going on. maybe a bit too much sometimes with everything getting distorted or vaporised into particles all the time. but then again I might be getting old!
A few really eye catching scenes inside though and that soundtrack really sounds like Prodigy :D

I really dig this year's Adapt demo!
That sound track, the mayan/aztec inspiration, the wild particles show, ....

cute
What Zavie said. Less would be more here. So weak thumb up.
beautiefiul demo but many scenes stutter like hell on my 1060, in 720p.
as im thinking about an upgrade anyway, would a 3070 be enough to play this smoothly in 1080p?

awesome one
the soundtrack is really spot on!
Fresh!
As a member of the generation that grew up listening to Prodigy, I approve this.
nice!
superb!
I have seen worse. ;)
finally i liked adapt's demo) music is awesome.
So you finally got your "visual hiss" under control. Looks much better than all your previous prods!
Adapt - a new Cocoon arises. Very very nice style. Love it.
Great composition
A little too much but at the same time are many scenes nice with lovely palettes. Big thumbs up for the music!
Decent, but the music wasn't great.
yes
nice!
Great Demo, very cool effects and amazing soundtrack!
Nice one. Solid execution.
I like it very much!
Seems you've been caught into the world of Incantations from Vikings a bit. Fresh and great mystical and powerful journey and different to your other stuff.
The Soundtrack is a total banger! Visuals are ace as well this time, less random and messy as in some of your previous demos and colours are nice as well.
Framerate is a bit low on my Titan X though
Framerate is a bit low on my Titan X though
what spec gfx card does this need to at least run at a viewable framerate then?
Hoo boy, this is such a weird one to formulate an opinion about. First off getting it to run is a chore, takes a minute or two to load without a loader bar so I was just about to kill it when it finally "ran", and let me tell you it's not a great experience on a 1060.
So what IS it? I don't know, it feels like this weird unholy mashup of... stuff. There's influences from Variform through Agenda to The Prodigy but all the influences taken seem to be the absolute superficial ones ("robot voice reading credits", "shouty chorus"), rather than the fundamentals (good composition, good audio production), and that just feels like it becomes a moodboard, a scrapbook of ideas before it gets turned into a real proper prod. It's a shame cos clearly a ton of work in there, but it just feels like hitting specific things was more important than having them form a cohesive whole.
The weird part is, Adapt demos are generally solid and consistent, so it feels like all these new gimmicky elements just stick out, hurting the otherwise solid style.
