I must confess that I didn't "get" this one at all. Deepness was one of my favourites from last year, but I fail to see anything beyond a flashy blurred mess in this.
Maybe assembly isn't the right audience for this. Still a very cool demo.
The music rocked, the syncing rocked, but what the fuck? Blurred scenes blended together with something, all changing so rapidly that i didn't get a chance to make out an object. Nice to watch but that's all.

Couple of nasty color artifacts, but it's a definite kicker.
Down and dirty. I love it. Fast cuts, seamless blending of fx, and nice progression with the soundtrack. Continues the series well, and it's a great follow up to ADITS.
in the trend of veejay-stuff... it didn't really moved me back at the party place. needs rewatching.

Ah yes! Impossible to get a good ranking with this kind of stuff at a big party, but in my personal scenebook-of-love MFX are very close to the top by now... ;)

i havent seen this demo but it could be one of the bestest demos ever made.

Rules, but not as hard is it could have. I thought the cuts were right for the tempo, but the effects changed too much at each cut. Mixing more similar effects for each cut, and changing totally every 4 beats or whatever would have made it better for me.

a couple of great scenes blended together every 1/4th beat plus some great music that i already heard before somewhere. nice enough though :)

neither a deepness in the sky nor that one runs on my machines at work. it always says that "can't read from 0x0000 at 0x0000" stuff and plays the music.

2) amd tb 750mhz, 384mb ram, w2k, gf2mx, latest detonator and dx
BUT both run fine at a friends pc, which actualy is comparable:
amd xp 1.8ghz, 512mb ram, w2k, gf2mx, detonator is a little outdated and dx is 8a
any suggestions?

Yeah something about the track reminds me of early Mampi Swift stuff. No mumbo jumbo, just pure d'n'b that kicks you right in the crack of the ass.
Surely not the best MFX demo, but not bad. Imo not comparable with 'Deepness in the Sky'

My retinas have been permanently damaged. While I prefer A Deepness in the Sky over this (both in terms of visuals and music), there's no denying that there isn't anything else out there like this, and nobody does this kind of style quite like MFX.
