A cross between Elevated and some Conspiracy intro´s and some ASD dna inside to. But for the next generation all in 64kb. A major Thumb towards the whole Braincontrol crew!
that was awesome!
Brain Control finally with some style!
Epic and incredibly well composed.
absolutely amazing !! loved it all the way
Clear winner. Absolutely mind-blowing start to finish.
Totally beautiful!
this prod has such a great atmosphere
really loved it
really loved it
awesome.....
Loved it :D
Unbelievable great!
while (true) z--;
Fantastic intro :)
Fantastic intro :)
I enjoyed this quite a bit. Thanks for making this.
Beautiful.
Gaïa Machina and Elevated mixed together and then some. Very impressive technically, visually and musically. The story line form atom to universe is amazing.
forgot to thumb up...
In my opinion second best from compo. undersea scene was jawdropping. You upgrade your skills.
This is amazing. Gonna watch it again now...
Great stuff
A concept brilliantly executed in 64K!
Amazing!
So much quality in there... You guys should make demos as a full time job. :)
fucking bc self voters ;D ... Nah, I may give one or two thousand thumbies! Did nothing but nag!
As I've seen the process I'm really flashed by the outcome! And Sky: Music gives me goosebumps in the feather scene!!

Epic: The universe in 64k
Kontent is King!
Some really good scenes here, but sadly the whole doesn't live up to it's parts.
Great intro!
boom
The underwater stuff was just amazing.
Good stuff.
Probably the first BC intro I really like, even the music! The earth surface too good looking and space isn't very interesting either, but the first half makes up everything.
Brain Control is finally pairing its coding muscle with some design know-how. Hopefully, this is the beginning of something huge. :D
Life is life!
Na-na, na-na-naaaa.
Na-na, na-na-naaaa.
pretty cool, some really polished parts in there.
only grip would be the (too-)low-rez surface / mountains. and the unreadable credits. Still awesome nonetheless!

Very nice.
the story you tell, is f...ing amazing - great job
Wow, a BC intro that is less abstract, more with a theme. That's an improvement for me!
A journey worth taking more than once.
Oh hell yes! I like it totally! Good work BC!
.
Nature rocks! And big respect for releasing the full source code!
please do a final with proper caustics <3
Nice prod! Best 64k in the compo.
I like a lot the Permian period sea scene, with lovely ammonites, in this intro.

Really great. Synth was the weak point, but the visuals, music, design and progression were SO strong! Love it :)
Great idea, a whole lot of content, impressive presentation. Big thumb
best ever!
some scenes were quite ugly, but overall a worthy winner.
Their best 64k so far. Finally some style that works. ;)
very nice! looking forward to the final
great
Revitalization of the 64k, despite the small flaws.
my favourite prod from revision 2013. damn, it's good. congratz for 1st place! :)
Fucking awesome. Music complements the atmosphere greatly as well!
Impressive!
very well done!
could very well end up as the best pc 64k in 2013, i wouldnt be surprised.
the design and execution rock hard.
the design and execution rock hard.
Ahhhh, now your design has made a serious step forward!
Really cool intro, and I loved the soundtrack. I would argue there are some scenes where poor rendering marred the otherwise excellent experience (blood cells and snails: the opaque look is wrong, which makes it stand out).
Anyway, thanks for the show, I enjoyed it!

What a massive 64K :D Was quite a blast to watch!
From atoms to stars.
Thanks for the journey.
Thanks for the journey.
wow
64K is truly enough for anyone ;>
amazing how this fits in 64k
Amazing!
well earned, one of my favorite 64k's
Turtles all the way down, thumbs all the way up!
Definitely my favourite of the 64K @ Revision 2013. Really glad it won. :D
Great prod! Massive 64k with nice concept.
But then, where are the turtles ?? ;)
But then, where are the turtles ?? ;)
nice work. really enjoyed it
yep
I really like this. It's got plenty of good ideas, well implemented. Best 64k in quite some time :)
Fantastic transitions and so much content! My favourite demo at Revision.
Very nice! This is much better than your previous intros, mainly because you have a good concept. I love the opening scenes, you have some good progression and good transitions. Plus, music fits well.
Congrats!
Congrats!
one of the better brain control 64ks.
thanks to the satisfying transitions and the great soundtrack.
i like the slightly different approach to softsynth music.

Just great, love the concept and the music is perfect!
The only things that looks a bit out of place are the blood-cells and the spaceships (well the camera movements). Oh and I loved the feather!
This will be an interesting year I think...

Great 64k - but reminded me on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fKBhvDjuy0
Loved the concept and design ;) (and it was otherwise cool as hell as well)
When I was making Fiat Homo, I ran into the trouble of creating animal life because it was really hard. In my case I just skipped that part about land animals and went straight for a city... during the compo I was wondering what your solution would be and you went straight for spaceships :D

great concept and execution.
A great intro
Amazing, I try to run on my PC and it did run... after a 10 minutes waiting for generating stuff.. hehe! I like especially the molecules forming the DNA... and smile when seeing the space station.. pretty cool to have though to put it there with your own design of it! :) The transition for water to earth with the bird feather is nice... must have been a long project to work on! Well deserved 1st place! :)
Great execution.
pretty
rulez
yeahh, this is great. made me really really happy.
sauber jungs *daumen hoch*
rules
cool and nice
physically incorrect as fuck, and transitions are not cool, but at least you tried :D
What psonice said
Laggy and boring but the music is okay.
Winner.
Awsome, lots of contents for a 64k, and good way to show our fractal world :p. I've enjoy this one :)
Great
some serious handicrafts right there! This is the most grand idea possible for a 64k or 4k. I believe every size coder must have dreamed about such a prod since they started size coding. I'll put the world, all generated, inside a tiny exe! And then you just put that pizza in the oven and.. oh tomorrow I'll start on it, and then you become 32 and feel like you don't have the inspiration anymore.. But you guys just did it instead! Congratulations! You are awesome!
Mindblowing!
Wow
Awesome!
Revision seems to be the place for good looking 64k, which are rarely nowadays.
Could we get a soundtrack download link, please?
Could we get a soundtrack download link, please?
who said 64k is dead? perfect intro with a good concept, music is as always great too
Was this coded in LOGO? ;-P
great 64k demo with nice moods & music fits perfect.
payne, "not a valid win32 application" :'(
Massive, and a well-executed idea.
colossal demo fit in 64k. try to do it in 4k next time, why dont you )
Nice!
Pretty
Yes!
A very bold idea executed well - I could easily have lived without the spaceships though :)

Greets to Braunschweig, nice work on the soundtrack!
demo itself runs nice, but on the loader screen I get the following bug (tried on mutliple computers&setups - all NVIDIA):
amazing prod, I liked a lot the "terrain" part, when you leave earth to space.
btw the greetings part in universe was pretty unreadable :D

One of the Best 64K !
tested on GTX 570, 470 and GT555m.
All show the same issue no matter what driver/operating system :(
All show the same issue no matter what driver/operating system :(
Same issue with the loading screen on NV GT540M.
The first few seconds also reminded me of: http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap120821.html
some pretty crazy shit!
Awesome music and great prod overall)
Major improvement over past Brain Control 64k:s. Keep it up.
Well deserved first place..! Some of the shading in the beginning is a little standard but then it takes off.
Wow! This is fantastic! Loads of content, great transitions and wonderful music.
horrible music.
Good work, thanks !
During the compo, I had a text file that served as a list. Basically went something like "...: ok\n...: nice\nTurtles all the way down: HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!!"
amazing ! what a great soundtrack skyrunner !!!! thank you for this demo. really enjoyed it at the party. see you soon.
Really nice, waiting for the final version
Great flow.
"... bc_turtles.exe is not a valid Win32 application." on my old, updated 32-bit Windows XP Pro. SP3 with an ATI Radeon 4870 video card (512 MB of RAM). :(
YouTube looked nice. :)
YouTube looked nice. :)
I was like O_o
Best 64k this year, no doubt. I think last year's Revision spoiled me because I expected more 64k entries like this one this year ;).
Thumbs-up all the way down.
64k awesomeness
rulez - i especially love that tune!
but... it doesn't actually LOOK good... sure there's a lot of it, but it all looks so flat...
Fucking nice!
and it rulez
ace
WOW. Just wow. Lots of pretty content and a good soundtrack in 64k!
some okkish scenes, but bit heavy for my machine. the music earned it a thumb.
DAT PLANET ZOOM.
awesome all the way to the end
the music could be a bit more fitting. great 64k!
Decent, but on my 670 when on the flyby over the planet my FPS went to crap for some reason.
payne: It would have been nice if the readme had said DirectX 11 was required. :P
Any chance to see a final version of this without the nasty loader screen bug? ;)
I LOVE IT!!! ♥
terribly cliché but good execution :)
♥
Impressive ! Really impressive !
the best 64K ever
Great! I really expected to see the turtles, though!
Also thanks for the making of!
enjoyed this!
Awesome! Although the "zooming out" could have gone much further. Great piece anyway!
Wow
Awesome!
Awesome!
TORTUGAS!
hunta: I tried on gtx 570, gtx 470 and a mobile gt 555m. With drivers 314.22 and 314.07.
All show the same bug :(
All show the same bug :(
#NiceDemoBro
epic.
Superb
This is what I come here for.
Simply awesome!
really impressive achievement
how the hell is this possible in 64K. Some clever use of GOTO statements me thinks ;-)
Win! Especially the music made with the new Tunefish. Brilliant piece of work!
wow! what a nice show! Great work, guys!
Wow, really great :)

sorry for stuttering on some fast nvidia gpus :( We'll fix that promised!
Still waiting for the FIX !
Quote:
well, we cannot reproduce the stuttering in the underwater scene on any GPU we have (GTX 570, GTX 680). which GPU do you have?
I have a GTX 680
Running windows 7 x64
good prod, but that water shader kills my 680!
The underwater scene works great. Impressed with the amount of content for this prod. Music is excellent too! Congratulations on this piece, that must have quite a few hours worth of time put into it ;)
This is fantastic.
Fucking nice! :)
The execution and the tools (dat synth!) are excellent, but I found the direction a bit predictable and the tune is quite sterile. Overall a good prod though!
I love it.
The exe fails on my machine with "Enigma - Error", "-2147024806"
Great execution, my favorite release of the party. The only downside is that it brings my machine to its knees ;)
Great intro with wonderful music! Atmosphere reminds me of Elevated.
Wonderful.
Strong concept, well visualised. Particularly liked the transition from the terrain into outer space. I also really appreciate the "making of" that was done for this, it was an interesting read.
this is one nice 64k demo keep it up
Wait, I haven't thumbed this up yet?
So awesome all the way ...love that zoom out
Best Geek Demo Ever!
what are you guys up to ?
Nice sunrise
Awesome! Perfectly shows the potential of Brain Controls "Enigma Studio" toolsuite!
Very nice
Tried to launch it today, no dice :(
what a great 64k!
oh, man, .... i still love it.
Still awesome!
