Sesse, that's a very good point - I'm truly sorry about that. I wasn't aware that the pictures were yours, but somewhere in the process it must have been apparent and ofcourse the pictures didn't happen by themselves.
This also goes for the Revision invite - I'm not sure the photographer(s) was actually credited (or known to me) :/
