I have a very good idea how this effect is implemented. I smell recycling and yeah I'm not going for gshaderreplacer this time, but I'm pretty sure about what I would find.
for the music
Very fine, though I find colours not too fitting and the radial foreground is wrong.
good effect. in my humble opinion you could make it in slow, ambient way :] because this looks kinda cheap to me.
