You can save 1 byre by xchg ax,si at the beginning instead of xor si,si, or just use mov al,19.
for 64B intros and smalller lack of exit routine is fully acceptable, almost nobody takes care about closegraph, so it is noo neededd to attach extra com program but if you like if it;s clean thatis very ok but I also likes if its clean intro. If You want to save extra bytes maybe you can do like that: mov al, 19
push 0A000h+starty*20+30
mov ch, 4Fh
mov word [si], bp
it will save 4 bytes, but also 4 picels that you cannot like but this is life.

I approve of this prod. It's true that a few bytes can be shaved off by exploiting starting register values (even without changing looks and behavior), but it's nice overall.
