only get flashing color screen (on XP SP2 + 7900 GTO).

either it requires 4.0 compatible card or maybe shader code is not compatible with my card (so it can be fixed)

also finally what do you use to compile it ? MSVC (which version?) + C/C++ + crinkler?

MinGW-GCC 3.4.5, C and Crinkler. The API is OpenGL. And I guess that means SM 4.0 is needed for integer operations on the GPU.

Ah, can we have the shader code?, I'm sure it works in ATI too as long as you do legal GLSL code...

Works here on the 8600, but it's a pretty far cry from being glsl and not just nvidia-cg-glsl ;)
Apart from all the small issues (mostly missing type casts) I'm not sure bitwise operators works in the radeon drivers yet (has only been allowed since glsl 1.3 (ie gl3.0). And the integer constant overflow errors don't sound to promising either. Seems more like a rewriting than a simple fixing job (especially if the 1k limit should be kept).
(yeah, time to finish/release that shaderreplacer thing ;)

Alright so thanks to Ized / Youth Uprising the package now contains ATI fixes. Also, fixed the issue with Visual C++ and optimized a bit more. The final executable is now 973 bytes [984 bytes with ATI fixes].

Was also gonna add music, but there's no more flux on it anymore...

Nice, looks like all the integer stuff actually works when fixing the small things. And a quite good amount of shader source you managed to squeeze into those 984 bytes (maybe I should revise my 1k framework once more ;)
