Very good idea indeed. Short and sweet, sets the mood in a proper way - black background, lines, glitches. A deserved first entry.
Precalc takes waaaay too long, can you provide an optimized version? :-)
Intro working as an intro, that's the way I like it.
Somehow totally missed this during the compo, maybe I was taking a tunnel break. Good looking metaball-touching, nice glitches, gratuitiously epic soundtrack, works for me!
I wasn't happy with the metaballs in the Spreadpoints demo. So I wanted to do better. And glitches were also on my to-do list. Especially after v3nom's "5th Annual Demoscene Card Exchange" card (see NFO).
Initially, it was supposed to be a 4k. But Virgill came up with this awesome piece of music, and we spontaneously invented the new "compo opener" type (a short intro that opens a compo). We therefore asked the compo orga to show it right at the beginning. They agreed to our request. Thank you!

@bifat: Precalc is unbearably long. Sorry. But this might actually help. Jokes aside. I think I have an idea how to speed it up by about 10 seconds. But that wouldn't make it any better. But I also think including all the animation data is lame.
