Massive soundtrack! Phat, Booty, Acidic, Techno. No excuses, no cheese or pretense. Just pure adrenaline. The demo was good too.

Jellyfish sperm traveling through space. I was never much for the “untz untz mfx” style, but the visuals here are obviously gorgeous and the direction works well. And—it must be noted these days—it comes in at ~20 MB (assuming you have a browser), where about half of it is music.
uptempo sequel to medusa, but i liked that one more. this one is way too flashy :)

Literally what happens after swallow.
I liked this at the big screen. For some how strobe flashy things makes this even better for me. It's the feeling of "I really shouldn't look this as this, but I'm too mezmerized to look away".

That’s actually used in the final effect in the demo, but i kinda messed up with the particle ”warm-up” in the rush to finish this, and the mesh ended up being rather unrecognizable in the released version. Maybe if you watch the demo in a very low resolution and squint your eyes you might see traces of the mesh there :)
i think most people were squinting their eyes at the end of the demo though :P

Looks like all these boring particle effects are going to replace equally boring fractals and in the worst case they go along. Such a lack of imagination and creativity is quite depressing.
