• Not sure what frightens me more here: The war, or the comments about it.
  
  From a psychological point of view, such relentless anger seems to indicate more fundamental, underlying issues that just happen to vent as the opportunity arrived (finally being able to hate "righteously").
  
  Our new Pope Leo has a point when he just pleaded:

  and just to be clear: I have zero sympathy for war mongers. It is _always_ wrong and never leads to anything good.

• my 2c here are that once you start a war, you have already lost.
  
  that being said: the situation is much more complex than what the media wants you to believe.
  
  it's a political failure on the highest level and, as usual, the common people have to take the fall for it.
  
  my experience with russians is: super nice people who value honesty. and this is my honest opinion.
  
  this crazy war has to stop, right now.
  
  last but not least: let the Ukraine be free, let them decide who they are doing business with (looking at you, "EU", and the "US").
