2. Past two three years I've been working on an engine and just setting deadlines on demos has helped to meet goals on finishing it. The engine is at a point where it is usable finally. The engine can compile to multiple systems but N64 can't display all escape codes. ;p

- We finally finished our demo engine and it allows us to create entire demos in Unity, with no further coding in a lot of cases. But live coding the effects in C is also possible, yes really.

A couple of spots had issues but those are managable if you have time. The engine uses the occlusion culling data to figure out far clip but because the z-buffer has very limited bit-depth we still need to modify by hand at times a little bit but I just didn't have time to fix it. We had to find another musician after the original musician couldn't provide a song after waiting for weeks which cause us to be pretty much a month behind schedule. - isokadded on the 2025-08-03 01:15:23
