• The music is the weak point. That, and some coder colors. ;-) But otherwise it's got a good pace and nice effects - not outstanding, but still surprising that it got rejected.

• On the one hand, it's super small and thus very impressive. And with the goal of "super small" in mind, I think it doesn't need to focus on playing strong. Of course one could improve it at the cost of size, but then when do you stop?
  
  But I agree with others that considering the bragging, it should at least implement the rules correctly, or otherwise it's not Chess.

  And that's perfectly fine! Don't get dissuaded by criticism, it's usually meant to help you improve.
  
  I for one like it as a first attempt, and I also approve of some details like the background "thing".
  
  Keep on coding and releasing, preferably at a demoparty!
