  btw, you have included d3dx9_36 in the archive, although you are actually importing from d3dx9_33.

• Skarab and others: We are aware of the bug. It is caused by rendering more than 65536 vertices in a single batch on some drivers. This 'feature' makes 32bit index buffers kind of pointless. We were actually working on a fix (rendering in multiple passes using 16bit indices), when my laptop decided to commit suicide ;(
  
  The fix will probably come some time next week, when I get my nvidia demobox up and running.
  
  The fix will complicate the code somewhat, but we will try to make the final fit in 4k as well.
