- Reminded me of "rise". Probably because of the no-textures-design, the interesting music and the huge amount of aliasing...
However, something was missing towards the ending.
Something like the rising of the platforms at the end of "rise". Some action in the form of a plane crushing somewhere, a camera move to a very high altitude or some cars driving around are just some ideas of what that something could have been. The balloon was not enough. - isokadded on the 2004-04-16 01:55:01

- Very nice design and very good as an invitation.

- demo Linux Windows MacOSX PPC X-MIX 2004: Ion Traxx by Kewlers [web] & mfx [web]
- Very interesting to watch!
But those fast scene switches combined with the intense noise is probably too much for a tired scener to enjoy for ten minutes. Even though it is not surprising this only ranked fourth, it is still disappointing it did not rank higher.
Nice to see a demo with some laser-like light effects! The dolphins were interesting too. All in all this is very good technically as well as designwise. - rulezadded on the 2004-04-16 01:32:31
- 96k game Windows B-Clopd 3D by John Trapolka Memorial Krew & Creative Mind
- Runs about ten times as fast as kkrieger... Not as much fun as the older version, but still a nice game.

- I can see why this won, considering how different this is from the other, not really outstanding PC-demo-entries... The idea in itself is probably original, but it lacks quite a lot on the technical side.

- 64k Windows Saturday Night Scener by Conspiracy [web]
- Ok, the first conspiracy intro without a cosmic relation or sth...
And also the first one below expectations, unfortunately.
All in all still very good. Hopefully there will be more action and better animations in the final! - rulezadded on the 2004-04-16 00:57:50

- The visuals looked incredibly good, except that in some parts the aliasing was still visible. Even though the face at 1:22 looks just as unreal as any other animated face, the facial expressions themselves are some of the best I have ever seen! Wow!
The music is also very good, but it lacks some sounds synchronized with the actions in the scenes, as well as some evolving, like getting more dramatic when the robots attack.
These small details are maybe the only thing that seperates this from a professional animation in any good computer game or even movie animation...
I am still fascinated by how good this is. - rulezadded on the 2004-03-27 07:15:28
