  Well, originally I did model a waist-high grass, only it took forever to march through.
  Tried your suggestions and that way it does look somewhat more realistic, thanks! It also makes me want to continue working on it and fix/improve other stuff, but I'm kinda low on time budget here :D.

• psonice: Thanks for feedback! Motion does look strange especially on windows, where it comes in weird discrete visible waves with noticeable color desync. There's no such issue on either OSX or Linux. I've yet to figure this out.
  Anyway, this is a rather fast prod, so there is sure a lot of space for improvements.
