- demo Java The Message by Focus Design [web] & Haujobb
- I'm sorry, but this is somewhat lame and unlikable. Definately not the visuals. Please, at the very least, do your sounplayer in java next time as well, to eliminate the sync and browser problem!
For some strange reason (it has nothing to do with this particular demo) i don't have Java working in MSIE on WINXP-Pro. ;/ Only in Mozilla, which is the only browser i use here regularly. BTW, Sun Java (Mozilla, MSIE plugin) is twice as fast as MS Java (MSIE native).
Thanks for *not* releasing it at some party anyway.
Manko: no wonder there has been no progress. OpenGL is only accessible by native extensions, and C++ can be much more elegant at times, especially when caring about performance. So Java is a "try once and never again" for demo coders. - sucksadded on the 2004-04-04 23:10:36
- demo Windows killotrona by PowerPuff Girls [web]
- Ah, magically the other files appeared. ;) So, i'd say it's an improvement over previous. I imagine it on the party bigscreen. Epileptic dream! See you at BP, ladies. ;)

- demo Windows killotrona by PowerPuff Girls [web]
- WTF? The RAR file is full of .TGAs and an .IT, but *no* executable!

- demo Windows 359.60° by anaconda [web]
- Yes, textures and music are weak. But it has very innovative effects!
MC[EDC]: be sure that you unpack all the files to a separate directory! If you use an automatic unpacker, it may falsely detect too early that the program has quit, thus erasing the necessarry files just before the loader starts! It runs on Win XP Pro SP1a here after being unpacked separately. - rulezadded on the 2004-03-29 20:11:47
- demo MS-Dos Second Reality by Future Crew
- Optimus: I also like C64 conversion better. Well, it's more "incredible" and the music also sounds better. Like, it's too unfair to compare them! But hey! *This* was the first demo i watched, it was delivered with my Ultrasound and made me a demoscener!
Lylh: you are too well informed for a guy with "counterstrike" in his domain name. :> Go ahead and compare release dates!!! - rulezadded on the 2004-03-29 19:42:16

- demo Windows Edge Of Forever by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- Wow! I finally stimbled over it while i was searching for something of a kind for *years*. This demo (as the others from Andromeda i just watched) has a somewhat oldskoolish soundtrack and many innovative effects. It seems to continue the tradition of Final Reality in some sort - music, style...

- demo XBOX statement by Limp Ninja [web]
- I actually find it quite OK. Stylish, well looking precalc shadows, and so on. I somehow "missed" it on the BP, so till i downloded this vid the only limp ninja demo i had seen was Teh Robot, which was... well, not too bad, but lacking something to be called good. Probably the shadows. ;) This one makes much better impresion. Keep goin' guys. ;>
