  thank you very much for all your comments. At Revision after the compo i was totally overwhelmed by the reaction of the people. Everybody coming to me saying: "Man, Ollie that was great" and then the woman of 3sat came to me and i had to give a interview (totally drunk :D ) - oh my. THANK YOU SO MUCH ! im happy - but very tired.

  thank you guys. i worked from scene to scene. just started and did the animation in an experimental / self-surprising way. "What would be next - and then and then ?"

  thanks man. the sync actually was done in a pretty simple way:
  I first created a soundscape with random samples.
  
  Then i animated the character to that sound. Now i went into afx and did a timestretch here and there. and the frames went faster and slower and so the sound.
  I could have placed any kind of music or sound in the background and it would be some kind "in sync" that way. simple.

  BUT ! i don´t wanna copy or imitate him. That would be lame.
  I wanna create my own style and work and i´m trying to do this in every piece i create.

  thanks ! but i think there will be no sequel. There will be another movie. but a new one.
  The next thing i´m going to create will be a little shorter to concentrate more on the details
  and quality.
  I talked to some people and made a suggestion to have a 10 seconds animated competition in a loop or so.
  
  Imagine that ! every artist doing animation could push the limits to the top that way.
  Not to have in mind: "I have to finish 3 minutes"
  In 10 seconds all the skills of the animators out there. That would be soo great.

  i like the band but i was not inspired by one of their videos.
  I´m actually no animator so the main goal was to do a synced type of animation from sound effect to sound effect. that made it a little bit easier for me.

  Thank you. There is really a little problem with the shoulders. And also the fingers when
  formed to a fist. I´m aware of that and i have a fix for that now. i´m still learning.
  
  I´m new to the animation software messiah (bought my license 1 1/2 months ago)
  and had to learn it while doing the whole movie.
  
  There are ways to fix this. But the deadline was really tight.
  To learn messiah faster i played all the learning videos / tutorials at double or triple speed to save some time :D
  
  next time it will be perfect - gimme some time ;)

  btw revison was really awesome ! thanks to the organizers who were very friendly despite all the stress they most likely had. I loved breakpoint all the years but the new location is really cool. Very professional job you did - everyone of you - thank you.
  
  I´m going to be there the next year as well - come what may. And don´t be scared bout the lacquerer - he´s just polygons ;)
