- intro Oric NyAtmos by Defence Force [web]
- Kind of a disappointment I have to admit. Not that I was having high hopes on the ranking, but losing at second place when there are only two competitors, with only ONE point of difference (132 vs 133) is kind of frustrating.
Well, that's life I guess.

- demo Atari STe Maximum VBL by Hylst & Sector One [web]
- It's a mixed batch of things, I can't say I like everything, but thumb up for the effort.
For the next demo I would suggest: Less effects but a bit more polished, and some transitions. And make it shorter too :) - rulezadded on the 2011-07-12 20:59:34
- demo Atari STe Save The Earth by Defence Force [web]
- Krusty: Thanks :)
The recent surge in 4 megabytes STe demo let me wonder about releasing a version 2.0 of Save The Earth using the full 4 megs and the remaining free cpu time: after all there was things I had to leave out because it would not fit in memory (like an actual "out run" like section with zooming sprites and parallax background) plus the things I did not have time to iron out (like the non fading music at the end, plus some graphical glitches in the borders).
Hmm... tempting. - isokadded on the 2011-07-12 20:41:15

- demo Atari STe No Monkey by Tomchi
- For the ones wondering how this can be all done in GFA, don't forget that it's a STe demo, so really the difference with STf is huge. Blitter effects, split-screens, scrolls, all that become relatively easy (Hell, even my last STe demo has between 25% and 50% of free cpu time depending of the sequences).
That being said, nice work :) - rulezadded on the 2011-07-12 20:29:45

- demo Vectrex Performance VX by Revival Studios [web]
- I like the audio very much, and the rest is not bad either.

- demo Atari XL/XE Just For Dance by Computer Platform Unlimited [web]
- Honestly, ripped sprite + no code + average music, it's not much better than the Bits entry (which at least had some codes and more than one effect).

- demo Atari XL/XE BITS #1505 by BITS [web]
- The 'music' is painful.
