- When we were young, we have been told that we were a generation like no one else. We were the first one exposed to computers and video games.
Every year bringing some changes...
Thirty years have passed...
Little by little, the future enter our our life.
But as the time Tick...
our eyes turn to our roots...
our past.

- demo MS-Dos 8088 MPH by Hornet [web] & CRTC & Desire [web]
- Hard to believe that it took almost 35 years since the launch of the machine to be able to see what the hardware is capable of!
I hope that this is only the beginning for the 8088 IBM PC...
look forward to see that demo on a real hardware one day... :)
I am curious about how the 1k color would get render... I guess there is some flicker? :) - rulezadded on the 2015-04-06 16:14:42
- demo Commodore 64 Frodigi 4
- wow.. :) especially love the music on 2nd part! Only thing I would have like to see in this small demo would be the timing it take to play the music...

- demo Windows Hollow Spaces by Vaahtera
- Great first demo... the text effect could be improve to make the demo a bit more dynamic... I liked the particle effects.

- intro Windows GamePark GP2X Flow by Quebarium
- First planned to be coded in 1 day... end up to take 4 days...
looking for background images to use...
spending twice the amount of time to get a Font (as I was unhappy with the first one I put in place)...
and... debugging... things I though will work right away! - isokadded on the 2014-09-19 21:28:43

- Algorithm: I read the comments and I do feel also bad for some of them related to your works. Well, if you look to any kind of productions on social media (youtube, ...), there is always a ~10% which is doing a big thumb down. So, it`s a good sign when you have a couple of people giving bad critics, that's mean your production get higher viewers! ;) It`s better to have 100 comments, 10 000 views and 10% thumb down then 100% thumb up, but only 50 views. ;)
if I was still involve on gp2x... I will like try to make a bad apple version on it.. ;) but will probably be 200kb just the executable before I add the data.. as I never work to shrink down the executable/music lib... - isokadded on the 2014-07-01 16:27:42

- Algorithm: I did not expect to see this prod. coming out after releasing Eclectic, within the same month! How many prod. do you usually plan/do per year? Have any specific dates you target or you go as things goes?

- demo Commodore 64 Bad Apple 64
- Algorithm: amazing! :) I watch again and again the original and yours (under vice). My favorite part of the animation is when the girl fall and start running around 2:55 in the video as the movement make it feel very alive.
you know, I will be curious to know what can be done using a C128... the disk drive can read both sides (1328 blocs per disk). The CPU can be set to 2Mhz, but you will lose the VIC-II chip.. there is another video mode (80 columns) with higher resolution. I don't know if the charset can be re-program and if your code could be ported...
when thinking about compression, sometime we can dream big... Could the song be compress as well as the video on C128? - rulezadded on the 2014-06-29 21:16:38
