- wild Animation/Video you need to listen. by Nosfe [web]
- Actually when I saw the title of the wild at BP I thought you did just that.
Even if it would've been a terrible idea, in retrospect it could have shown the .. erm .. not terribly sophisticated noise that emanated from the audience at some point.
As for the soundtrack, it was rather sweet. Not sure the complexity of the visuals, at least their rather uniform texture throught the video matched it. - isokadded on the 2005-04-13 09:48:15
- wild Animation/Video CNbNPCK by kosmoplovci [web]
- The video flickering could get annoying but it was somehow smoothed out so wasn't so aggressive. The audio was just starting to focus and get more interesting when kb asked people for a justification to cut it from the big screen. I'm sure he realizes this isn't exactly a nice precedent, to disqualify a work on stage like this.

- demo Windows i.can by Digital Dynamite [web]
- Nice feeling. But it's just based on its emotional effect. It ends up seeming rather sterile for these reasons. Another point is that the effect requires a huge sound-system, and an audience unable to change the sound volume. Both things are probably not available at home (Unless you somehow tie yourself up on your chair)

- demo Windows STS-03: Aeon Flux by Synesthetics
- I felt CHEATED. (by you starting with a nice first 20sec of soundtrack then moving away into ... this)

- demo Windows rapid eye movement by Matt Current [web]
- Oh yeah .. Thought it was the most focused and more familiar demo of the competition. (Explaining what I mean by familiar: not "in your face")

- demo Windows I Am by Traction [web]
- It felt a bit long, but I enjoyed it. The visuals are beautiful, the graphical direction is really solid. But the text is inane and lacks the punch of its witty pretentions. Not a big deal though. The music is more soundtrack than music, and not in a bad way as it punctuates more than overwhelms.

- 4x did the thing.
Now too bad the demo isn't VGA-box compatible, I hate to fiddle with cables ;)
