- demo C16/116/plus4 Heartfixer 95% by Resource [web] & FIRE [web]
- Lovely track and nicely minimalistic approach to designing a demo. Great colours!

- demo Commodore 64 Artphosis by Hitmen [web]
- Deepest respect for this is absolutely gorgeous. The tune carries it through and the new variations of old effects surprise you at every turn, but for me it is the undercurrent that matters most and the undercurrent is very strong here. Thank you.

- 256b MS-Dos Megapole by Red Sector Inc. [web]
- In my mind this should have won for the sheer cinematic power of this. Great release.

- demo SAM Coupé Back To The Past by Speccy.pl [web]
- It is too oldschool for me to really like it, but a lot of transitions were interesting and the moon zoomer got me thinking very hard, so you must be doing something right! :)

- 64k Windows A+ by Inque [web]
- I did not like the lyrics, not because I am against lyrics in general, just was not convinced by your text. Nevertheless, I LOVE what you guys do with the scene designs. Great prod overall, lots of inspiration for me.

- demo Windows Function Over Fame by Excess [web]
- The individual scenes were somewhat too minimalistic, which made them harder to appreciate. But with this quality of sound and sync I do not honestly care.

- demo Amiga AGA Last Train To Danzig by Ghostown & Haujobb
- I agree with Gasman, this demo is less than a sum of its parts somehow, even though the code is obviously excellent, the art is stunning and the soundtrack is perfectly fitting. However, there is one truly redeeming "demo" moment here from my point of view - the moment when the title screen kick in, with the train passing in the background, when the beat turns out to be the train's wheel noise, - this is true cinematography. Fantastic stuff.

- musicdisk MSX V Microcompo AY music-disk by AAMSX [web] & CulturaChip [web]
- I do not know how to load this into MSX, but I remember the compo well. I could play at least 7 of the tracks on ZX Spectrum and some of these tracks are very, very good. In particular, New Tokyo 2033 is an absolute smash.

- Actually, this is not meh, just misunderstood.

- demotool TI-8x (Z80) HoustonTracker 2.00 by Irrlicht Project [web]
- I wish people paid at least half this much attention to ZX Spectrum beeper demos, which are basically identical technology-wise.
It is not like this tracker is not deserving the attention it gets - 6MHz CPU enables great sound quality and also keep in mind that this is likely to be the first Z80 beeper engine with the stereo output. Kudos to utz for making a very strong statement about the possibilities of beeper sound.
Shame it requires a calculator to get people listening. - rulezadded on the 2015-10-07 21:04:30
