- demo Linux Windows Solaris - Kiss Our ASSembler by Brainstorm [web]
- alien, I said nothing, forget...do not take it personally plz.
Just my very own opinion on : doing cool things, software rendererd or not, it's not a feature, it's a need!
duffman kicked some asses here demonstrating, the forgotten fact, that all the stuff can be made in under 500k (take a look at the size of the executables, convert all the gfx to a tiny jpg) argg..the music it's on mp3 :)(( *sob*
but hey! isn't cool? it's a *fu*ck*ng success nowadays!!!!!
we all shall produce moooore!!! ;D - isokadded on the 2006-11-12 20:47:22
- demo Linux Windows Solaris - Kiss Our ASSembler by Brainstorm [web]
- reading the influenced-by demo list, and the programming effort put on this babe, this deserves a huge european thumb.
alien:
It's not a matter of getting stuck on anywhere, it's showing off skills, and this group did it.
I've noticed so many demos nowadays take advantage of gpu stuff (shaders,hlsl,glsl,cgnvidia,...), when in fact, in most cases they do not need it at all...but hey, they appear not being stuck in the past, and that's ,euh,...cool?
In my opinion, as a demo it deserves just an ok:
not my taste of design.
usual music. - isokadded on the 2006-11-12 19:14:12

- demo Windows The Evolution of Vision by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- Yes! I've noticed such a break-up from the ASD typical demo styles.
More experimental-style and new affects (or at least a smart recycle of them!)
btw, that girl-video might come from playthingz.net archive or some other hard pron site, that model sounds familiar to me ;D heheh - rulezadded on the 2006-10-15 21:32:40
- 4k Windows kinderpainter by Rgba [web]

A nice intro in 4k!!! has transitions and sincro! and looks pretty good! can you dare with a tiny implementation of your simple GI , in 4k next time? COOL! - rulezadded on the 2006-10-15 20:46:28
- demo Windows 1995 by Kewlers [web] & mfx [web]
- brilliant nostalgic style, for those who enjoyed old demos 1995 was a great year, 4 years up, 4 years down...when there was no 3d flyby, no hardware show off : just clever effects , techno and FUN!!!!!!

- demo ZX Spectrum TraumWerk by Triebkraft & 4th Dimension
- hitchhikr: sorry for the lame question, I've been soo disconected from emulators scene, that I've not even know that .SCL is a whatever kinda format LOL

- demo ZX Spectrum TraumWerk by Triebkraft & 4th Dimension
- screenshoots rulez!, but how it's supossed to load a SCL screen image on an emulator? ZXSpin is the coolest and accurated one, but can stand for SCL filetype.
