- demo MS-Dos Just by legend design
- Near impossible to run on modern PCs. :( Mostly fake 18bit color, lots of 2D, some 3D too. Great soundtrack by Necros.

- demo MS-Dos/gus Contagion by The CoExistence [web]
- Like Dimension, another object show with gouraud/env-map/etc. Gotta love the "grandpa with shades" one :). Nice landscape at the end.

- demo MS-Dos/gus Dimension by Realtech [web]
- The pterodactyl still rules (and the box-o-saurus :). Nice music, kinda dull in general, the end part whizzes by in a few seconds on modern PCs.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Odyssey by Alcatraz [web]
- Let's get something out of the way first. With all the credits, this demo is almost an HOUR long. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy an "epic" as much as anyone, but I think they went too far on the time. There are pics and effects here and there to keep you interested, but most of the demo seems to be things like "planet scans" which take like a minute each, and there are several. It's easy to fall asleep before the demo's done.
It's a shame that noone has the patience to create (or watch!) a demo like this again. I think those that would are in the game/movie business now anyway. :) - isokadded on the 2001-03-08 17:41:05
- demo MS-Dos Lotto by Doomsday
- I guess you have to be from Finland to appreciate this one :/. Doomsday has left me bland with everything after "Off".

- demo Windows Live Evil by Mandula [web]
- This demo deserves so much better than low-res. :/ It will stand out forever for its great jazz soundtrack (and not ripped, thanks). The design/gfx/music are so slick, you might forget about all the math-type effects that could otherwise be dull.

- demo Windows lapsus by Maturefurk
- It's basically 3DMark 2000 1/2. :)

- demo Windows Kasparov by Elitegroup [web]
- Hey kb, I thought it _was_ supposed to be the best demo ever created! ;)
This is pretty much an "industrial" demo, so you'll want to have a taste for that type of music to enjoy it. I do. Very much. :) But if you don't, go watch your sissy Fall Equals Winter poetry-demos or your Japan-pop INF demos, I don't mind. It should be watched in darkness on a large monitor. If you're annoyed by the buzzing at the end, then the demo didn't have the proper effect on you. Final thought, don't focus on the textures, or even the objects. Focus on the motion. Trust me on that one. - isokadded on the 2001-03-08 15:47:31

- 32k Windows The pineapple that changed my religion by Fuzzion [web]
- I like this one better than most other fuzzion intros, for some reason. Probably the music synching. And hey, it's only 32k.
