- demo Linux MS-Dos Windows State Of Mind by Bomb
- The really-correct link is:
http://skal.planet-d.net/mind
as posted by gloom above. It has the much-better-working version 1.2. - rulezadded on the 2002-10-20 06:17:13
- diskmag Windows pain #52 (11/02) by Pain Staff [web]
- Bam. One of the best issues I'VE read, that's for sure. But maybe I'm biased because I hung out with the guys at ASM2002 and my article. :) Keep up the good werk, fellas.

- demo Windows Spaceflowers (that mess with our genes like DNA) by Excess [web] & Progress [web] & kvasigen [web]
- Latest directx: check (unless you count dx9 beta as "latest")
Latest drivers: no check (using 22.50 on a GF2.. a newer 2x driver might help me, but a 3x driver probably won't and I'm not sure a 4x one will even work)
Win2000: definitely no check. Win98 here.
I don't quite remember the exact part it ended on, will have to watch it again at home for that. - isokadded on the 2002-10-18 19:24:52

- demo Windows Spaceflowers (that mess with our genes like DNA) by Excess [web] & Progress [web] & kvasigen [web]
- Crashed midway through, and scaled my desktop wallpaper to 320x240! I guess that's a cool demo trick. :)

- demo MS-Dos/gus the good, the bad & the ugly by Surprise!Productions [web]
- A veritable "who's who" of oldskool demo effects. Almost every one imaginable, with some great transitions and some nice art here and there. Some of the parts are heavily inspired by classic Amiga demos such as DANE and Extension. The soundtrack is available here.

- demo Linux Windows MacOSX PPC VARIFORM by Kewlers [web]
- Very tight design, every part is coordinated. The music kicks. But the strobe flashes and camera changes to every beat get rather annoying. What does it say after the greetings? something something starts next door?

- demo Amiga PPC/RTG New Dawn Fades by MadWizards [web]
- Pretty, although I prefer Heavy Traffic. Not quite as "angsty" as some other MaWi demos (thanks in part to Critikill's gfx :).

- demo Amiga PPC/RTG Heavy Traffic by MadWizards [web]
- Just saw the video. Damn. Time well spent, for the group making it and for me downloading it.

- demo Windows Mother, Mother my ears bleed by mfx [web]
- MFX injures another demo, and to be honest, it takes talent to make something like this. Especially with being careful to add in original gfx and music bits. Can you imagine if this were shown in the ASM compo? The giant arena-sized audio system would've busted and people would've been taken to the hospital. :) Anyway, this one will be praised by the scene-dadaists, who as always enjoy something most when they don't understand it.
